Don't Mess with the Girl with Candy novel Chapter 935

"Sure."

Juniper leaned back, the eyes beneath her cap brim cold and sharp. "How do you want to play, Ms. Quill?"

"Anything goes."

Coralie smiled faintly and asked someone to bring her some fruit.

The two of them played through almost all the games the casino had to offer.

Shanley sat not far away, watching the whole process without participating.

Women's affairs were naturally to be handled by women.

Since Coralie was able to establish a casino, her gambling skills were inherently high.

But she was still easily suppressed by Juniper.

The more she lost, the more money flowed out like water, making her heart ache to death.

However, she was the dealer and couldn't call it quits.

Just as Coralie was hesitating about how to ask this little ancestor to calm down, a staff member carrying a tray tripped and fell forward—

"Careful!"

Coralie's expression shifted slightly, and she instinctively reached out to block the girl's head.

"Crash—"

The tray smashed onto the back of Coralie's hand, then fell heavily to the ground.

"Hiss—"

The tray was heavy, and the impact was so hard that Coralie felt like her bones had cracked.

"Ms. Quill, I'm sorry," the server apologized frantically, scared out of her wits.

"It's fine."

Coralie waved her off and looked at Juniper. "Mrs. Schwartz, are you alright?"

"I'm fine."

Juniper didn't expect Coralie to block it for her, and her eyes grew complex.

"Thank you," Juniper said. "Let me see your hand."

"Ah?"

Coralie handed her hand over, eyes curving in a smile. "You know how to treat injuries too?"

"The bones are fine, but the muscle tissue will hurt for a few days." Juniper withdrew her hand and told Felton to fetch some ointment from the medical kit in the car.

The ointment was her own creation and was especially effective for reducing swelling and relieving pain.

"Thank you, Mrs. Schwartz," Coralie said with a smile as she took the ointment.

Juniper remained silent.

Even though Coralie had mocked her man for being old, she had won a lot of money off her.

She originally wanted to win a bit more...

Continuing would be crossing the line.

"Thank you,"

Shanley nodded at Coralie, his voice husky.

"I heard Ms. Quill is interested in expanding her business to Borealia?"

After taking two steps, Juniper suddenly stopped and looked back at Coralie. "Schwartz Group might be able to make things easier for you."

The subsequent benefits would be far more than a few hundred million.

She always sought revenge for any grievance.

But she also repaid kindness and never took advantage of others.

"Okay."

Coralie stood there, rubbing her aching wrist, watching the little girl's retreating figure, her eyes darkening slightly:

Why did Mrs. Schwartz look so familiar?

She looked to be about twenty.

If her little sister were alive, she would be about that age.

It was a pity.

She no longer had any family, let alone a little sister.
