Leonard stepped closer, wrapping his arms around her waist in a possessive embrace. "What is there to feel guilty about? You're wearing our family heirloom and holding a massive stake in the Prescott family. You're locked in now. You couldn't run away even if you tried."

"I never planned on running," Lillian smiled, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Actually, I've been spending the last few days trying to figure out exactly how to tie you down so you couldn't escape. But it seems you've saved me the trouble. Given the current situation, you're the one who should be worried about whether I'll run."
