Chapter 1046
Estelle was leaned up against the window, a cold sensation radiating from her back to her limbs.
Behind her was the height of thirty floors, like a deep abyss.
Everything was so familiar.
Estelle suddenly felt as if she had been through countless eons, everything was like a dream.
The midday sun shone on the man’s face, his features handsome and focused.
He wore only a loose white shirt, his broad shoulders bearing some scratches, theoe red marks ran down his firm skin, looking sexy and charming. Estelle lifted her head against the glass, the blinding light shining in her eyes, making her dizzy. She couldn’t help but raise her hand to cover her eyes.
She fell asleep again, but not before, Jonathan had her take two pills.-
She was groggy, and felt that one of the pills was familiar, so she squinted her eyes and asked in a blur, “What’s this?”
Jonathan put the pill to her lips, kissed her cheek softly, and whispered, “It’s birth control.”
Estelle opened her mouth, swallowed the pill, and then drank the water the man handed over.
“Good girl!”
Jonathan affectionately kissed her lips, his voice low and charming, “Go to sleep, my girl Estelle’s consciousness gradually sank into darkness.
“I had someone make your favorite boletus mushroom soup.” He continued to tempt her, “And a filet mignon, and pancakes.” Estelle kept her eyes closed and didn’t speak.
Jonathan was somewhat helpless, hugging her tightly. And after a while, he sighed softly into her ear, “You’re awake, aren’t you?” Estelle’s breath suddenly stopped for a second.
Jonathan didn’t press her anymore, just softly said, “If you don’t want to eat, keep sleeping we’ll eat in the morning“.
Estelle didn’t say a word, her long eyelashes trembled, her tightly shut eyes never opened.
The next day was Sunday.
Estelle woke up earlier than Jonathan, she looked at the time, it was just past seven in the morning.
She was exhausted and felt dizzy, but she was completely awake.
