Chapter 1458 

Jonathan propped his forehead, half–closed his eyes, and said calmly, “She’s either trying to ruin the relationship between Xavier and Zachary or she’s hinting at

Xavier.” 

“It must be the latter!” Estelle’s eyes were cold, “Her real target is Xavier.”

Jonathan joked, “She’s got some ambition, doesn’t she?”

Estelle said, “Luisa is pretty sneaky. Xavier probably hasn’t yet realized what kind of person she is. I’m going to be hanging around the shop more, to catch her in the act of seducing Xavier.” 

“And what good will that do?” Jonathan looked at her calmly, “Show it to Xavier or to Zachary? The moment this gets out, the relationship between Xavier and Zachary is done!”

Estelle frowned, “Xavier didn’t do anything wrong. Zachary may be rough around the edges, but he’s not totally clueless. You think he’ll hold a grudge against Xavier?” 

“Honey, just trust me on this, all men are the same in this regard,” Jonathan tilted his head, his eyes half–closed, with a hint of affection, “If Zachary likes Luisa, no matter if Xavier is innocent or not, Zachary will definitely harbor resentment towards Xavier, even if they used to be as close as brothers! If someone dared to snatch you away, even if they didn’t mean to, guess what I’d do?”

Estelle blushed slightly, looked at Jonathan, and pondered, “What should we do then? Do we do nothing and just watch her stir up trouble?” 

Jonathan said, “It’s not a big deal, leave it to me, I’ll handle it!”

Estelle raised her eyebrows in surprise as she wanted to know his plan, “You’re going to handle it? How?”

“You don’t need to worry about what I’m going to do. As long as I can get that woman out of here without damaging Xavier and Zachary’s relationship, that’s all that matters! I’ll let you know when I need Zachary’s cooperation.”

Estelle chuckled “You’re not thinking of getting one of your buddies to tempt Luisa, are you?”

Jonathan laughed, “Don’t insult my friends, okay? Do you think Charlie would touch a woman like that or Carson Foster? They’re not that desperate.”

Estelle couldn’t help but laugh. Feeling that the conversation was getting off track, she didn’t say much more, just said, “Alright, it’s in your hands then!” “Yep, don’t worry.”

“Why, you want to ask me out?” Jonathan smiled, charming and handsome.

“If you agree to stay at Villa del Sol tonight, I’ll go,” Jonathan moved closer to Estelle, staring into her eyes, “We haven’t stayed at Villa del Sol together yet, have we? His words were full of temptation, his gaze intense, irresistible.

Arriving at Villa del Sol, Wilma and Mr. Wagner were already waiting outside the villa. When the two got out of the car, they shouted in unison, “Jonathan, Estelle!” Smiling, Estelle said to Wilma, “We might come here often, so you don’t have to wait for us every time. Just treat it as if I have always lived here.”

“Okay!” Wilma responded respectfully, then went back to her work.

Estelle and Jonathan walked towards the lawn, Max ran over excitedly, circling around Estelle.

Milo also got excited and jumped onto Estelle.

Apart from Max, Estelle was still a bit cautious around the other dogs, so she ran towards Jonathan. 

Jonathan caught her as Estelle jumped into his arms, hugging his neck tightly.

The scene reminded them of the first time she went to the Lamont Mansion.

Jonathan, grinning, said, “Get down!”
