The internet has been buzzing non–stop about KING and Carmella, and now rumors were flying that KING plagiarized Carmella, making it the hottest gossip around.

Seeing KING’s fans constantly defending her, the boss at Visionary Studios started to sweat a bit and he dialed up Carmella.

“Carmella, what’s the deal with you and KING? Who’s the plagiarist? I need a straight answer.”

After a moment’s thought, Carmella shot back, “Obviously, KING ripped me off. My designs have been released for a month, how could I possibly be copying her?”

The boss hesitated, “Then why would KING boldly host a press conference with GK?”

With a cold laugh, Carmella retorted, “He must think he’s more popular than me so that no one would believe he’d copy a newbie like me. That’s why he’s so cocky!”

The boss nodded, “Alright, it’s all clear to me now!”

As soon as Carmella hung up, Simone rushed over, “Carmella, what’s going on?”

“No biggie, the company just told me to take a couple of days off at home!” Carmella smiled.

“Is it because of all that internet drama?” Simone asked, “Don’t worry, believe in you. I’ve got your back!”

“Thanks!”

“Does this have anything to do with Estelle? Isn’t she also working at Snowy Studios? Could they be ganging up on you? Simone’s eyes narrowed.

Carmella’s eyes flickered, and she laughed it off, “I doubt it. Estelle is family after all, why would she team up with someone else to screw me over?”

“She’s no family!” Simone scoffed, “She’s just using the Lamont family to mess with us. Hasn’t she done enough?”

Carmella hesitated, “I didn’t mention this, but my agent had secured a deal for me to be the face of the Lamont Group, but then they backed out. Do you think Estelle said something to Mr. Lamont?”

Simone was like her sworn enemy. Even though Simone was her mother, they couldn’t stand each other!!

Carmella went into her room, her mind still reeling from all the doubts at work.

So, she tweeted, [I won’t explain much. The only thing I want to say is that my work isn’t copied from anyone. If you’re looking for trouble, beat it, and stop trying to ride my coattails for attention!]

The whole thing had left Carmella feeling uneasy, even causing her to lose sleep last night.

But as time passed, she began to calm down.

After all, only KING’s fans and GK had been vocal online, KING himself had been silent.

So, neither KING nor Estelle had any proof that Carmella plagiarized.

Otherwise, they would’ve accused her by now!

And with the timeline clearly in her favor, Carmella could confidently claim that her work was original!
