She tossed the last piece of broccoli from her hand to the rabbit, clapped her hands together, and said, "Let's get out of here!"
"Sure thing!" Jonathan got up, holding her hand.
Estelle spoke, "You go back to your office. I'll head home on my own!"
"No more work!" Jonathan glanced at the time, "I'm sticking with you this afternoon."
Estelle raised an eyebrow, "Are you still worried about me? Chill out, alright? Once Carmella kicked the bucket, all the internet trolls hired by the company will be out of here. As for her, she wouldn't have the energy to cause me trouble from the ICU, would she?"
"I just wanted to stay with you!" Jonathan tightened his grip on her hand, "Let's go!"
After setting things up at the office, Jonathan turned off his phone. He spent the entire afternoon with Estelle, reading, watching movies, or just lounging on the balcony sofa doing nothing but soaking up the sun.
Estelle also turned off her phone, enjoying the calm after the storm.
The next day, Sallie called Estelle, reporting that Carmella had been moved out of the ICU the previous night.
The production team, Visionary Studios, and all the brands she endorsed were all suing for damages.

Sallie chuckled, "True. Amber said she was thinking about joining another fashion show and asked if I wanted to team up with her!"
Estelle nodded, "Sure thing."
"By the way!" Sallie excitedly said, "My parents want to invite you for dinner. Don't overthink, and it's not because of your fame. They're grateful for your help with the Baber mess, they kind of misunderstood you back then and wanted to apologize."
Ever since Estelle turned her phone back on, the Macclains had been calling non-stop. She didn't pick up any of their calls.
She smiled faintly, "Tell your parents they don't need to be so formal. It's all in the past now!"
"But knowing it's the past, you should accept!" Sallie insisted, "I know you don't have a good impression of the Macclains, but my parents are different."
Estelle couldn't refuse again, "Let's wait a couple of days then!"
"I know you're super busy, so let's do it in a few days." Sallie chirped, "As long as you've agreed, I'm happy!"
The next day, Finley posted a tweet about a woman who used him to get on a reality show, cut him off after hitting it big, and finally got what was coming to her. It felt oh-so-satisfying.
His insinuations were clear, and netizens didn't need to guess who he was talking about.
The internet was buzzing. Any news about Carmella attracted much attention, and this tweet caused quite a stir.
Finley was known as a lay-about trust fund kid, and his pursuit of Carmella was public knowledge, so the credibility of his tweet was practically 100%.
Carmella's reputation was totally trashed. All her previous online misdeeds had come back to bite her in full force.
