“I don’t know i haven’t seen him in these days. I’ve been quite busy,” he replied. 

With a sigh, Estelle said, “It seems like Emily and Charlie need some time to work things out.” 

Jonathan suggested, “How about you talk to Emily and convince her to tell Charlie about Kya?” 

Estelle shook her head slowly, “Emily won’t do that, especially since Charlie’s mother has met Kya. If she finds out Kya is Charlie’s kid, she might take Kya away from Emily. Emily won’t take any risk.” 

Jonathan frowned, “Is Emily overthinking this?” 

Estelle replied, “It’s because Emily doesn’t have any room for error. She has to be thorough when it comes to Kya.” 

Her gaze cooled and she added, “If on Thanksgiving, Emily and Kya won’t return to the Sullivan family. You can understand the Sullivan family’s indifferent attitude towards her. Can we expect them to stand by Emily?”
