The bearded leader once again asked Amiee, "How to contact her?"

Amiee, filled with rage and determination, replied, "Just kill me!"

"Teach her a lesson!" the bearded leader, infuriated by Amiee's defiance, took a step back and commanded coldly.

Three men approached, surrounding Amiee.

Bang!

The man who first untied Amiee's legs and tried to strip her clothes was shot in the back and fell to the ground.

Right after that, Josiah went on a wild shooting spree, screaming, "Go to hell!"

The enemies, taken aback, turned around and started to shoot back.

Josiah grabbed a guard for cover as Estelle leaped into action, kicking away the man reaching for Amiee and slashing another's throat with her knife. Blood spurted as Estelle kicked the man away.

She freed Amiee's hands and, guarding her, signaled Josiah to retreat.

Josiah rolled on the ground, sweeping the area with his gun, repelling a few guards. He grabbed the pilot he'd thrown down earlier, following Estelle's escape route.

The two of them charged with lightning speed, catching their adversaries off-guard and causing disarray.

However, the enemies were outnumbered after all, and Estelle and Josiah, one shielding Amiee and the other carrying the pilot, were quickly caught up.

But it seemed they didn't want Estelle dead; they encircled her, intent on capturing rather than killing her.

While they hesitated to kill Estelle, they showed no mercy to Josiah, focusing their fire on him. Estelle, realizing they dared not kill her, tried to get closer to Josiah, providing him with some measure of protection.

Estelle threw Amiee to the ground as debris and cries filled the air, blending with the fluttering leaves and dust in the forest.

The sound of a helicopter drew closer from above, and gunfire soon drowned out the screams.

Zion's guards stood no chance against the overwhelming firepower; it was not a battle but a one-sided slaughter.

The massive helicopter blades stirred the forest as the gunfire ceased, leaving behind only corpses.

The helicopter hovered over the treetops, and a man rappelled down, followed by two muscular men, landing swiftly one after the other.

As the man in deep green suit landed steadily, Estelle stood up and immediately said, "I'm fine!"

The man exuded an even more intense aura of steely command. He glanced over Estelle, grabbed her shoulders, and pulled her into a fierce embrace.
