Just as Estelle settled into her seat, her phone buzzed with a text from Magdalen: [Ella, meet in J City!]

Estelle's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Magdalen's back too?"

It hadn't been a month; surely Magdalen's honeymoon wasn't over already!

Jonathan finished buckling her seatbelt and nodded, "Morrison asked me when we'd be heading back. Plus, Charlie and Emily flew back to J City today as well."

Estelle had a nagging feeling that something was off. Why was everyone returning on the same day?

Jonathan took her hand, his dark eyes intense. "I had Snowy Studios issue a press release in your name. You're returning to the country today!"

Estelle's eyes widened.

Jonathan's voice was laden with meaning, "Let's handle everything at once, no loose ends."

Estelle understood his point. Thinking about Wolf's last words, she said softly, "The Crawley family has been in cahoots with Triceratops, funding their bacterial experiments and cobalt bomb research. We shouldn't underestimate the power behind the Crawleys. Be careful."

"Jason's been dealing with things in B City, and I've got the evidence," Jonathan's lips curled with a hint of coldness. "We'll take care of it all at once."

And then there was the Macclain family. He had been too lenient before, giving them another chance to harm Estelle!

With him by her side, Estelle had nothing to worry about. She leaned back in her chair, ready to rest her eyes. It would be a few hours before they landed in J City, after all.

Jonathan glanced at her, "Is the chair more comfortable than leaning on me?"

Estelle looked at him with clear, unhesitating eyes and leaned her head against him.

She knew she was in the wrong this time. Luckily, she had managed to escape with her life. So, from now on, it was probably best to be more accommodating.

Before the plane took off, Jonathan sent out an order:

[Blow up the Brennan family's memorial hall!]

The response came quickly: [Received!]

[She's got some nerve coming back, shameless!]

[She can't hide forever, probably realized she can't run from her problems!]

[Guess M Country's citizens think her reputation is trashed, so she's got no choice but to come back and make some cash!]

[Let's bet, will she cry in public, play the victim, beg everyone for forgiveness?]

[Crying won't solve anything, she's been canceled, she should just go back where she came from!]

[After being hammered like that, I can't believe she could ever recover. Anyone who forgives her is just a lapdog, we all get it!]

Amiee was puzzled by what she read. Even if Estelle's return wasn't met with flowers, it certainly shouldn't have been met with such vitriol!
