Gabriel nodded, handed his car keys to the chauffeur, and instructed him to drive Evelyn back to the Quintin estate.

Evelyn stood by the car, masking the disappointment in her eyes, and got in.

Jonathan snorted coldly, "As if he matters to me. Does he even deserve that?"

Estelle looked up, "I told Manley to come to our wedding."

"Really?" he asked, his gaze intense.

"Mhm."

His expression softened, and he gently grasped Estelle's chin, leaning in for a kiss.

Estelle dodged playfully and buried herself in his shoulder, muffling her words, "Wait until we get home."

Jonathan's lips held a teasing smile as he stroked her hair affectionately, holding her close in his arms.
