"Move a bit more to the right!"
After Jonathan finished setting up, he turned around, bent down, and gave Estelle a kiss on the forehead. "Ella, you're amazing!"
Estelle wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him in for a deeper kiss.
Jonathan, ever indulgent, lifted her into his arms...
Sylvia paused mid-step, ducking behind a column, her lips curving slightly before she turned back.
Returning to Sunset Villa, Gabriel was sitting on the porch, enjoying a smoke. Seeing her approach, he stubbed out his cigarette and asked, "Did you find out anything?"
"Let's just check the phone," Sylvia said, pulling her phone out again.
Gabriel, puzzled, asked, "Didn't see Estelle?"
Sylvia smirked, "Wanna know?"
Gabriel, clearly confused, nodded.
Sylvia suddenly stepped closer, her gaze locked on his, her slender fingers grabbing the front of his shirt, and she tiptoed to plant a kiss on his lips.
She angled her head slightly, eyes closed, fully immersed in the kiss.
Gabriel's breath hitched, leaning back against the column, his eyes half-closed, watching the woman in his arms.
She was serious about the kiss, the sunset casting a beautiful glow on her face.
Feeling no response from him, she opened her eyes slightly, a playful annoyance in her gaze.
Gabriel lifted her chin, turning the tables, taking control of the kiss.
*
After a moment, Sylvia rested in his arms, her voice husky, "Get it?"
"What?"
Gabriel had forgotten how this kiss even started, chuckling softly, "If you wanted a kiss, just say so. It's not like I'd refuse."
Gabriel's gaze darkened, and after a moment's eye contact, he leaned down to kiss her.

What should have been an hour's work stretched into the evening, with both ends of the garden adorned by the time night fell.
As darkness enveloped them, lights along the porch lit up one by one. Gabriel, reminded of Sylvia's words, suddenly felt the poetic solitude of waiting alone under the dim lights.
Walking towards the front yard, the twilight scene was alive with glittering lights, the sound of fireworks, and the brilliant display of fireworks, bringing the festive spirit of the New Year to its peak.
Sylvia reached out to hold Gabriel's hand, her eyes sparkling, "I'm so happy. This is my first real New Year's celebration."
She'd never experienced a proper holiday before. Back in Tripe, there were no New Year's traditions, and even when locals celebrated, it was just a simple gathering for a meal.
After returning home, New Year's was always a celebration for others, with her wandering unfamiliar streets like an outsider, unable to blend into the local traditions.
But now, she finally understood the deep emotional connection people had to the New Year, feeling the satisfaction and joy the holiday brings.
