Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 2851

Gabriel nodded. “Alright.”

Georgia Quintin gave Sylvia Jarvis a meaningful glance and a knowing smile before leading the way out.

Sylvia understood—Georgia wanted to give her and Gabriel a moment alone.

Now, only the two of them remained in the garden.

Georgia loved jasmine, so Old Mr. Quintin had filled his garden with it. It was early May, and the weather was warm enough for the jasmine to bloom. The petals, pure and white like ice crystals, nestled among vibrant green leaves, looked delicate and charming, filling the air with their sweet fragrance.

In the tranquil garden, Gabriel’s dark eyes lingered on Sylvia. He gently brushed the corner of her eye with his finger and asked softly, “Have you been crying?”

Sylvia looked at him. “Georgia told me a lot about my childhood…”

“Mom,” Gabriel interrupted her, his tone gentle but firm. “From today on, you should call her Mom.”

Sylvia bit her lip, a hint of awkwardness in her beautiful eyes.

Gabriel said, “The first time will feel strange, but once you say it, it’ll get easier.”

Sylvia nodded softly.

Gabriel’s hand slid from her face to her shoulder, drawing her gently into his embrace. “Are you happy now that you’ve found your family?” he asked quietly.

Leaning against his broad shoulder, Sylvia felt her unsettled heart finally calm. She answered in a soft voice, “I’m happy.”

“I’m happy, too.” Gabriel’s rough fingertips soothed her shoulder. “You’re Georgia’s daughter—I truly am happy for you.”

Sylvia lifted her lashes. “Why are you so happy?”
