Xavier shook his head. "She's never coming back here."

"If she won't come here, then you go find her," Estelle said. "Reintroduce yourself as Gonzalez Hanson. You two aren't related by blood. The generational gap doesn't matter. As long as you love her, there's no moral issue. Nothing else matters."

Xavier looked up, his eyes narrowing slightly. "You want me to return to the Hanson family?"

Estelle's gaze grew intense. "Yes. Do you really want to see the Hanson corporation fall into the Franco family's hands? Do you want your mother's life's work to be claimed by her enemies?"

"You once said Norah Lamont could never just be the wife of a barbecue restaurant owner. Then let her be Mrs. Hanson. Give her the very best of what you have!"

"Jonathan was right about one thing. For people in love, through the good and the bad, the other person is their entire world. The happiness you can give Norah is what she truly wants."
