Chapter 372 

After leaving the dessert shop, Estelle took the pastries and went to the design studio to find Jason. 

saw her and politely asked, “Who are you looking for?” 

The reception 

Estelle said, “Jason.” 

It’s rare for someone to come meeting their big boss directly. The receptionist smiled and asked, “Do you have an appointment?” 

“Yeah, he knows I’m coming.” 

“Let me give Mr. Gilder a call, please wait a moment.” 

After making the call, the receptionist said to Estelle, “Mr. Gilder is waiting for you in his office upstairs. You can go right in!” 

Estelle thanked her and went to Jason’s office. As a design assistant passed by, they asked the receptionist, “Who’s that?” 

The receptionist shook her head, “Not sure, but she’s looking for the big boss.” 

The assistant sighed softly, “She’s so pretty, do you think she might be the boss’s girlfriend?” 

“Watch what you say, or the boss might get mad.” 

Estelle went upstairs and entered Jason’s office. He was on the phone and gave her a glance before continuing his conversation. 

After hanging up, Jason smiled faintly, “Did anyone recognize you?” 

Estelle raised her eyebrows, “Nope, Sophia and Harriet aren’t here, so everyone’s a new face.” 

Jason tidied up the papers on his desk, “Wait for me a minute, we can leave soon!” 

Inside the design studio, Carmella helped Inman photocopy some drafts. When she returned, she heard from other assistants that the big boss had arrived. 

Carmella’s heart skipped a beat. She put down the drafts and pretended to go to the pantry, but actually went around to Jason’s office. 

The office door was closed, but she looked up just in time to see Jason and a girl in a light blue casual outfit walking out. 

She only caught a glimpse of their backs before they disappeared from sight. It was only afterwards that she realized the girl’s figure seemed somewhat familiar. 

Jason and Estelle took the elevator to the underground parking lot and left straight away. 

They spent the afternoon at Old Mr. Quintin’s house. When they returned, it was already evening. Jason dropped off Estelle at the Royal Mansion and asked, “Where’s your boyfriend?” 

Estelle’s eyes dimmed, but she betrayed no emotion, “He’s been very busy. I’ll take him to see you when he’s not!” 

Jason glanced at her, “I’d like to see how long you can drag this out for?”

Estelle smiled faintly. “You’ll meet him sooner or later 

Jason didnt say anything else, but simply told her, ‘Call me tomorrow from home, and tell your grandpa the miss her.” 

“Okay!” Estelle olied, bidding Jason goodbye and getting out of the car. 

After watching Jason walk away, Estelle went home. As she entered, she received a call from Charlie “Estelle, have you had dinner yet?” 

Estelle said, “No, I just got back from outside. 

“Did the Midnight Bar incident scare you?” Charlie laughed. 

“No, it’s in the past now!” 

“We haven’t seen each other in a while, let’s hang out. We’re at the Sapphire Hotel, and Jonathan is here, too. I’ll have the driver pick you up.” Charlie’s voice was gentle. 

Estelle hesitated for a moment, “No, thanks. I’m going back to C City tomorrow and want to rest early.” 

“You’re leaving tomorrow?” Charlie asked in surprise. “Tickets are hard to get now. Let Jonathan drive you instead.” 

“No need, I already bought my ticket!” Estelle said. 

“Oh, well then, have a safe trip and a good rest! Let’s catch up when you come back!”
