In Coastal Haven, Riley came early in the morning with an assistant, makeup artists, and several scripts for Yvonne

Yvonne skimmed through the script and frowned, “Two female leads?” 

Riley hurriedly explained, “Mr. Mayfield said you’re the main female lead, and your role is much bigger than the other one.” 

“Who’s playing the other female lead?” Yvonne asked. 

Riley replied. “I heard it’s Hattie, the actress from Mr. Velez’s new movie.” 

“Hattie?” Yvonne looked up, her eyes narrowing. The one who had a scandal with Jonathan before?” 

Riley nodded, “Yes, her! She already cleared up the scandal and didn’t suffer any negative effects in the circle. If anything, her fame just grew even more.” 

Yvonne initially didn’t want to take on similar roles anymore, feeling like she should try something different. But hearing that Hattie was the other female lead made her change her mind. 

She put the script on the table and nodded, “Alright, tell Mr. Mayfield that I’ll take the role.” 

Riley happily nodded and said, “I’ll call Mr. Mayfield right away!” 

“Good!” Yvonne leaned back on the couch, smiling. 

Estelle had just arrived at work when she was called in for a meeting. She gathered her things and followed Inman to the conference room. 

Hannah led the meeting, announcing. “Mr. Mayfield’s new movie invited us to design costumes for the female leads, which are the popular actress Yvonne and the rising Hattie! Any ideas for the costumes?” 

Alice, Miya, and the others were excited, this was definitely a great opportunity to showcase their talents! 

Inman noted, “KING has collaborated with Yvonne before.” 

Hannah nodded, “I asked our boss, and he said KING is not available right now. So we’ll pick a designer from you!” 

Kailee confidently said, “When I was with CHALL, I designed promotional images for Yvonne, so I know her well. I think Miya and I are the best candidates for this movie’s costume design!” 

Miya glanced at Kailee and said with a smile, “I’ll also do my best! 

Carmella disagreed with a smile, “But clothing design isn’t your strong suit, while Alice has much experience with designing dresses.” 

Kailee glared at Carmella, “As long as the style is right, it doesn’t matter what we design!” 

Carmella shook her head, “I don’t agree! Mr. Mayfield’s movies are all big productions, and he’s very particular about costumes and props. We can’t afford any mistakes. I’m afraid our designs may be criticized for being unprofessional!” 

Kailee scoffed, “We haven’t even started designing yet, and you’re already saying we’re unprofessional?”

“Study the script and design at least three sets of costumes each for the two female leads, based on the era’s background. I’ll show your designs to Mr. Mayfield and the actresses, and whoever they prefer will be the costume designer for the movie.”
