Emily glared at him, grumbling, “Why are you being so bossy today?”

Charlie sneered, “I’m usually just too nice and patient with you!”

Emily’s face turned red. She sighed, bit her lip, and nodded, “Let’s go!”

Charlie gave her a glance, a smile appearing at the corner of his lips, and started the car to leave.

The two first went back to the apartment Emily rented. Charlie waited on the couch while Emily went to her room to pack her stuff.

She didn’t have much stuff to pack, and the pots and pans she bought were now useless. She only needed to pack her clothes and books.

A suitcase and a cardboard box were just enough to fit all her things.

Charlie came over to carry the box and found two LEGO castles in it. One was a birthday gift from Emily’s dad when she was young, and the other one was the one he gave her on her birthday this year.

Looking at the two castles, he felt a hint of unusual feelings. Holding the box, he walked out.

Emily followed behind, dragging her suitcase.

Suddenly, the door to the master bedroom opened and Mathilda walked out, whispering, “Emily!”

Emily came to a halt, turning around to face Mathilda as she spoke in a soft tone, “I’m going to move out. I’ll contact the landlord tomorrow.”

Mathilda’s eyes shifted anxiously as she whispered, “I’m sorry!”

Charlie shot Mathilda a cold look before taking Emily’s hand and leaving the scene.

It was already 2 a.m. when they returned to the Royal Mansion. Charlie patted Emily on the head, “Your room is still the same, everything is there. Take a shower and sleep first, and deal with the stuff you brought back tomorrow!”

After that, he added, “Don’t touch your face while showering!”

Emily nodded, “What about you? Are you going home?”

After ending the call, Estelle glanced up at Jonathan, who was in the process of getting dressed, and chuckled, “Guess what? Emily is back!”

Jonathan’s eyebrows shot up in surprise.

The two of them went downstairs, and it was Emily who opened the door with a bright smile, “Good morning, Estelle and Jonah!”

Estelle stared at her face, “What happened to your face?”

“Come in, let’s talk about it later!” Emily laughed and returned to the kitchen to check on the breakfast.

Estelle followed her into the kitchen, while Jonathan went straight to the living room. Seeing Charlie coming out of the master bedroom, he raised an eyebrow, “What’s going on?”

Charlie’s handsome face was smiling, “Don’t misunderstand, we each slept in separate rooms, and we didn’t bullied each other!” Jonathan laughed, “How could Emily bully you?”
