After saying that, Emily rushed off to catch up with Estelle.

Amiee also got up and followed, but she didn’t say anything. She just grabbed her coat and keys and walked out.

Josiah comforted her by patting her shoulder. “Don’t worry. No matter what happens, I’ll always be on your side.”

Yvonne cried out in pain and sorrow.

Josiah hated Estelle for seeing Yvonne like this. He thought even more that Estelle had come between Jonathan and Yvonne, leading to the

current situation.

“Don’t worry about Estelle. Go get some rest,” Charlie advised.

“Are you home yet?” Emily asked.

“I’m in the car, almost there.”

“You should get some rest too!”

“Alright!”

After they finished talking, there was a brief pause, but neither of them hung up. Emily heard the sound of the man’s breathing and suddenly remembered their kiss in the private room earlier that day. Her heart raced, and she quickly hung up and tossed the phone aside.

It was just a game. She couldn’t take it seriously. Absolutely not!

Emily took a deep breath to calm herself down, telling herself not to think too much about it. She quickly went to take a shower and go to bed.
