After returning to the Royal Mansion, Jonathan called Estelle and found out she was at Emily’s place, so he went straight to the 30th floor. Charlie was also there. Seeing Jonathan come in, he raised an eyebrow and said, “You actually let Estelle come back alone in this kind of weather? You’re asking for punishment!”

Jonathan scoffed, “When Emily wasn’t around, I didn’t see you coming over so often. Now that she’s back, you’re here every other day. What’s the deal?”

Charlie frowned, “Don’t joke around. It could lead to misunderstandings!”

Jonathan smirked, “You were the one joking first!”

“Alright Mr. Lamont, it’s my bad.”

As they were talking. Estelle came out of the kitchen. Seeing Jonathan, her eyes lit up. “You’re back!”

“Yeah, need help with the cooking?” Jonathan took off his suit jacket and rolled up his sleeves, heading to the kitchen.

“No need, it’s almost done. Go wash your hands and get ready for dinner!” Estelle’s eyes sparkled as she turned around and went back into the kitchen.

Charlie walked over and put his arm around Jonathan’s shoulder, sighing, “I’ve noticed that when someone is in love, even their gazes are different.”

Jonathan was secretly thrilled but kept a straight face, “How is it different?”

*When Estelle looks at you, her eyes light up! Charlie described.

Feeling a bit smug. Jonathan said with a grin, “Your women’s eyes light up too, especially when you give them limited edition purses.” Charlie laughed, “You’re really good.”

Charlie leaned back in his chair, listening to the rain outside, lost in thought. He seemed to like coming to the Royal Mansion more and more. Just like what Jonathan said, it made him feel comfortable, even more so than being with those women.

“Charlie, Jonah, dinner’s ready!” Emily stood in the kitchen doorway, smiling.

Jonathan got up and kicked Charlie’s leg lightly, “What are you thinking about? Let’s go eat.”

With a gentle and handsome look, Charlie nodded lightly and stood up, walking to the dining room with Jonathan.

In the pitch black bathroom at night, Jonathan pressed Estelle against the wall, kissing her fiercely.

Outside, the wind howled and the rain poured down.
