Estelle made an OK gesture and continued working 

When she went out, she ran into some crew members, and things were indeed different now. 

Those who had been avoiding her before were now all smiles, acting like they were old friends who had known her for years. 

Just like before, she nodded faintly to everyone who greeted her, not changing her attitude. 

When she sat down on her own stool, someone shouted, “Ms. Macclain!” 

Estelle looked up and saw the logistics director 

The logistics director’s face changed even faster, holding a lunch box with a friendly smile, ‘Ms. Macclain, I’m really sorry about what happened at noon. Mr. Hearn’s people warned me, and I dared not say anything since I’m just a worker. But I feel guilty, so I went outside and got some dishes for you. See if they suit your taste. 

The logistics director grabbed a table and set up all the dishes in the lunch box. 

Corn tortillas, seafood platter, spaghetti with meat sauce, tacos… 

Six dishes in total! 

“Since I didn’t know your taste, I got you both spicy and light dishes. Enjoy your meal, you need to eat well for work!” The logistics director smiled, setting up the utensils before leaving, please enjoy your meal, I’ll be off. If you need anything, just let me know. Don’t be shy!” 

Estelle looked at the six dishes in front of her and wanted to laugh. 

In just a moment, everyone’s attitude had changed. 

This was a display of fawning over the powerful and stepping on the weak. These worldly attitudes were practiced to perfection in a film crew 

environment. 

When Craig came over, he was surprised to see all the dishes, “What’s going on? So much food!” 

Estelle raised her eyebrows, “Someone sent them, help yourself!” 

Craig immediately understood, and sat down beside Estelle, whispering. “Now people won’t dare to treat you badly, but you’ve definitely made an enemy in Malloy, I heard he’s narrow-minded and vengeful, so be careful!” 

“Thanks for the heads up!” Estelle replied. 

Craig grinned, “I thought about asking you out before, but since you have a boyfriend, let’s just be ordinary friends.” 

Estelle chuckled, “Sounds good!” 

After the incident, Malloy did some research on Estelle and found out that she was from C City, a senior at the University of J City, from a poor family, and now working as a designer’s assistant at Snowy Studios. 

Malloy laughed when he saw the results, so the girl was just bluffing. 

It was ridiculous that they had all been fooled by her. 

Malloy gritted his teeth, he wouldn’t let her off the hook! 

On Friday afternoon, Geoffrey needed to see Jonathan, and when Jonathan returned home, he found Yvonne chatting with his mother in the living room. 

He went over and greeted them, his face as indifferent as usual, and soon went upstairs. 

He didn’t seem worried at all that Yvonne would tell his mother about his relationship with Estelle in front of her.
