Estelle’s gaze was bright and clear, her expression calm “if by that time, you still want to keep this baby I promise you, no matter how Chara tries to force you to abort. I will protect you”

Emily looked deeply at Estelle Under the moonlight, her tears shimmered. She spoke slowly, ‘Entele, I’ve decided I’m going to tell him

Estelle nodded. “This weekend, we’ll all be at the Midnight Bar If you’ve made up your mind by then, you can tell him yourself.”

“Okay!” Emily nodded fiercely

Maybe it was a rash decision, but Emily just wanted to be less rational for once, to make the decisions she wouldn’t dare to normally, on a whim

The next day, Estelle went to the set.

After a busy morning, at lunchtime, Gwen had prepared lunch boxes for her and Craig and invited them to eat together

Yvonne’s assistant came back with food and scoffed. “Gwen and Estelle seem to be getting along pretty well. Must be because she knows Mr Lamont is backing Estelle!”

Yvonne put down her script and replied indifferently, “How many people in this industry are genuinely nice?”

The assistant sneered, “I just hope she’s not relying on the wrong person and ends up with nothing”

Yvonne’s face changed slightly, but she said nothing more.

Over at Estelle’s side, Gwen handed fork to Estelle and asked curiously, “Estelle, what does your boyfriend do? He’s so handsome”

Before Estelle could answer, Craig next to her burst out laughing. “You don’t know?”

“Know what?” Gwen asked confusedly.

Craig looked at Estelle and asked with a grin, “Estelle, can I tell her?”

Gwen was outgoing, had no airs of a celebrity, and even called Craig by his first name.

Estelle ate her lunch nonchalantly and replied, “Where else should I be working?”

“No!” Gwen dropped her food, shocked, “That’s real high society. As the girlfriend of the Lamont Group’s CEO, how can you work? You should be living in a mansion, being waited on hand and foot, and just spending money and shopping!”

Estelle smiled, “Maybe I’m just an exception.”

“Estelle, are you really Mr. Lamont’s girlfriend?” Gwen leaned in closer, examining Estelle like she was some rare animal. Her eyes were shining like a fan’s, “Can you tell me how you met Mr. Lamont? I always dream of meeting a rich man, having him take care of me, and living a life where i can’t count all the money!”

Craig was eating his food, scoffed, “That’s your ambition!?”

“Whose life isn’t about money? I’m just being honest, not hiding anything!” Gwen huffed lightly at Craig.

After she finished, she turned to Estelle, propping her cheeks with her hands, “Estelle, can you tell me how you met Mr. Lamont?”

Estelle answered calmly, “I’ve known him for a long time.”
