Jonathan glanced at her and smiled faintly. “Just accept them, it’s their way of showing their love, no need to feel guilty.”
Estelle accepted and thanked them one by one
Seeing that she was busy with her phone and not talking to him, Jonathan simply took it away and turned it off.
“Hmm?” Estelle looked at him unhappily.
Jonathan’s eyes were deep, his thin lips smiling, “From now on, all your time is mine, and you’re not allowed to share it with anyone else!”
Estelle smiled helplessly, leaning back against the seat, looking at the constantly flashing birthday wishes outside the window, her eyes soft and clear

She had thought Estelle came from the mountains in C City, poor, foolish, weak, and incompetent
In her mind, after Estelle finished college, finding an ordinary job and marrying an ordinary person would be good enough Carmella didn’t plan to let Estelle have any advantages
But things seemed to gradually exceed her expectations.
