"I'm off, guys. Keep up the good work and keep making that dough!" Norah waved with a smile, "See ya!"

Damian and Zachary along with others saw her off, they didn't head back until they saw her get in the cab.

Once back, Damian went upstairs, poured a cup of water for Xavier, and cheerfully announced, "Norah's gone!"

"I know." Xavier responded blandly, his eyes glued to his phone.

"Norah is such a sweetheart, she even made a special trip to see us!"

Xavier furrowed his brows, "Special trip? Wasn't she hanging out with her friends around here?"

"No way!" Damian looked puzzled. "I just saw her hail a cab all by herself. She must've come here specifically; no one else was with her."

Xavier's eyes turned cold, he replied flatly, "Next time Norah comes, don't let her come up alone."

Damian laughed it off, "Boss, you're being overly cautious, aren't you? You're a big guy, afraid of a little girl taking advantage of you?"

Before he could finish, Xavier shot him a cold glance. Damian quickly shut up and changed the subject, "Alright, got it!"

Later that night, Yvonne got home from shooting at around ten. After dismissing her assistant, she went to the window and dialed Josiah, "Josiah, did you find the person I asked you to look for?"

Josiah chuckled, "Yvonne, you should know by now that I'm reliable. I've found the person, they'll be in J City by tomorrow."

"Great, thanks a lot, Josiah!"

Josiah replied with a laugh, "I'll give you a call once they arrive."

"Alright, thanks for your hard work!"

After hanging up, Yvonne looked out the window into the pitch-dark night and couldn't help but smirk.

"That's a relief!" Gwen said with a smile.

Halfway through dinner, Gwen went to the restroom and ran into Yvonne, who was touching up her makeup.

After exchanging greetings, Gwen washed her hands.

Yvonne gave a warm smile and said, "Mr. Powell said your audition was really good, you'll probably be confirmed for the role in the next few days."

"Really?" Gwen looked surprised, "Thanks, Yvonne!"

"No need to thank me." Yvonne replied with a practiced smile.

She took out her lipstick and started applying it casually asking, "So, how are things between Estelle and Mr. Lamont?"
