I looked at her coldly. "Is the Griffin family really short on children? Your son already had another woman carry a baby for him. Don't tell me you don't know about that."

There was no surprise on Simone's face. Instead, she let out a pleased laugh. "You mean Isabel?"

I froze for a split second, then everything clicked in my head.

Steve was practically one step away from making things official with Isabel. How could he not have taken her to meet his mother?
