Margaret fell silent.

She suddenly remembered how she had just asked him, “Are you married?” and “Why not?” Now she felt incredibly rude-like she had been poking a knife straight into an open wound.

Well, he is pretty nice, then. He hasn’t thrown me out. He has even answered me politely.

She thought about her own newly activated S-class spiritual power. She thought about how Primo had said her potential was high. She thought about the moment that man’s gaze had shifted from contempt to curiosity.

Suddenly, she felt a little curious. What if someone like her, an S-class, could actually handle an SSS-class male’s power?

The thought flickered through her mind for only a second before she crushed it.

What are you thinking, Margaret? Haven’t you suffered enough? You want to follow in the original host’s footsteps?

When Margaret got back to the place that was technically still her home, it was already past four in the afternoon. The moment she pushed the door open, she felt that something was off.

Margaret stopped in the entryway. She didn’t move.

Without meaning to, she compared herself to this person in front of her. The original host’s face wasn’t far from her own original one-just a small mole near her eye that added a bit of charm. Her face wasn’t bad. In fact, it was quite beautiful. But her bone structure was slightly larger than this woman’s. She had less of that fragile softness and more sharpness-high-brow bones, a straight nose, thin lips. When she wasn’t
