Margaret led the woman to the living room, and they both sat down on the couch.

Irene opened her data pad, swiped a few times, and a document appeared.

“Let’s talk about housing first,” Irene said. “Since you’re the first 35-class female, we don’t have any past examples to follow. We’ve picked out three properties for you. All of them are in the main part of Prime Planet City.”

She tapped the pad, and a beam of light shot out, showing a 3D model of a building in the middle of the

room.

It was a three-story house, slowly spinning in the air. It had its own yard with some plants and an outdoor terrace. The outside colors were simple but looked nice.

“This is Property One, in the western suburbs. It’s a standalone house, not in a neighborhood. The closest neighbors are about five hundred meters away. That’s because your future husbands are all 38-class. The spiritual power they give off might bother lower-ranked beastmen. We hope you understand.”

Margaret nodded. She got it. Plus, she liked quiet places anyway.

Irene swiped again, and the hologram switched to show the inside. One by one, the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, study, and workout area appeared in front of Margaret.

“Total area is 6,670 square feet. It has a smart home system, high-end security, a medical pod, and a room for spiritual power regulation. The kitchen and dining area follow the latest nutrition standards. Food supplies come through the Empire’s direct delivery network, with automatic restocking every week.”

Margaret’s ears perked up at “food supplies.”

“Food? You mean fresh food?”

“All fresh,” Irene said right away, “You get the Empire’s best food. Fruits, veggies, eggs, meat—all direct from Empire farms. From the farm to your door in under six hours.”

Empirell” Primo was so exceedin

“Host!! Fresh eggs and veggies!! Straight from the Empire!!” Primo was so excited its voice went squeaky.

Margaret kept a straight face, but she gulped. Irene didn’t seem to notice and moved on to the next house.

The second one was even bigger than the first-over 7,500 square feet, built into a mountainside in the southern district, complete with a private landing pad. The third was smaller, just over 5,400 square feet, but it had the best location: only a ten-minute flight from the central business district.

All three were standalone, all three had their own private grounds, and none of them was inside any residential complex. Margaret stared at the holograms in silence for a few seconds.

The villa she was staying in now, Cheiron’s place, was already pretty big. But next to these three? Cheiron’s was only “okay, I guess.”

“So hard to pick… Can I just take all three?” Margaret slapped a hand over her mouth. Oops. She said that

out loud.

“Of course you can. Actually, all three were prepared just for you. Like you know, there aren’t any other 35 class females who could use them anyway. I’ll give you the keys later and help with the paperwork.” Irene said this without even cracking a smile,

Margaret ignored it. She was freaking out inside too, but she kept her cool.

Irene turned to the next page of the document. “Next is your monthly living subsidy. For a 3S class female, the standard is sixty thousand credits per month, deposited straight into your personal account. This amount will be adjusted based on the cost of living index in the future. It will only go up, never down.”

Margaret nodded. She’d already gotten the news from the Central Brain’s email.

“Aside from housing and subsidies, there are some additional benefits.” Irene started counting off on her fingers. “A personal aircraft for transportation, with maintenance covered by the Empire. A full physical once every quarter, scheduled separately at Central Hospital-no competing with the general public for appointments. Free access to spiritual power evaluation and regulation equipment…”

Irene ran through the rest of the benefits list one by one. Margaret kept a calm expression the whole time, but on the inside, she was losing her mind.

Two lifetimes, plus the first half of this body’s life, and she’d never been looked after like this. Good meals, a nice place to stay, someone waiting on her hand and foot, and the state was footing the bill.

“Host, I’m crying. We finally made it!”

“Stay cool. We can freak out later when we’re alone.”

Irene processed the paperwork on her data pad, then had Margaret press her fingerprint three times and do one iris scan. The whole thing took less than half an hour.

“The properties have already been cleaned and the systems tested in advance. You can move in anytime. The key permissions have been linked to your Holo bracelet.” Irene stood up and added, “I’m your personal assistant. I’ll add you on social media shortly. If you have any questions, you can reach me anytime”
