"You pretended to know nothing when you went to pick up the old man, played along with the shipwreck stunt, and then turned around with the evidence to have Edward sue me!"

With a furious snarl, Silas Fuller struck Jarrod hard across the face. "Did you really think I wouldn't see through this? You're just humoring me to get the hostages released, and the second I do, you'll throw me in prison! I'm not that stupid!"

Jarrod didn't even flinch at the blow. His jaw tightened as he asked coldly, "What will it take for you to let them go, Silas?"

"Let me think."

Silas settled back into his chair, feigning deep contemplation before letting out a sharp laugh. "How about this? You immediately order your people to announce that the shipwreck, along with all the allegations against me, were a setup orchestrated entirely by you!

"Then, sign over all your shares in The Fuller Group to me, get on your knees, and beg for my forgiveness. Do that, and I might consider letting them go."

"Jarrod, don't agree to this! If you do, you'll have absolutely nothing left, and he'll use this to ruin your reputation entirely!" Yvette Walsh cried out in panic.

"He doesn't have the guts to hurt us! He'd never get away with it!" she added desperately.

The guard standing next to Yvette viciously kicked her, silencing her. Tears streamed down her face from the pain, yet she continued to beg Jarrod not to compromise.

Silas stared at Jarrod, completely unfazed. "You can refuse, Jarrod. Sure, I might not get away with any of this, but dragging two—no, three—people to the grave with me? I'd say that's totally worth it! Hahaha!"

Silas's deranged laughter echoed through the cavernous warehouse, sending a chilling shudder through the air. Stella Quinn remained completely silent, terrified that provoking him would trigger an even more horrific outcome.

"I agree," Jarrod stated, his voice devoid of emotion.

Silas didn't seem surprised by this answer. He made a call, forcing Jarrod to issue the orders to his executive assistant on speaker, and then tossed a prepared share transfer agreement in front of him to sign.
