Isaiah POV
I’m talking to Aiden in my office when Kaia walks in. She is wearing black stretch pants and a black maternity dress shirt. She is ready for the funeral as well. She also has her phone in her hand.
"Guys, I updated Sinclair. She said she is closing in on Ronan. She needs predictive software. He's bouncing between three different locations, and she wants to understand the pattern.”
Aiden answered before me. “Done. Tell her to get it, and I will reimburse the cost.”
She sent the message, and within a minute, Sinclair responded. Kaia smiled at the message.
“What did she say?” I asked.
“She said that she will hopefully have something by tomorrow.”
“That fast?” Aiden asked, surprised.
“Once she figured out the best way to track that bastard, it became easy for her. We will get him.”
From behind us, we heard Adrian. “Sinclair found him?”
Kaia answered. “Almost. Hopefully by tomorrow.”
“Then I’m not leaving until we know for sure,” he said determinedly.
Aiden stood up. “Adrian, you need to grieve.”
“Don’t, brother…,” he said. “She is gone because of Ronan. He is mine to kill.”
I sighed and stood up. I walked over to my brother and put my hand on his shoulder. “Once we know, I will tell you. We all want him dead, Adrian. No one is stopping you; we are just worried about you.”
‘Don’t say anything to him when we find out, Kaia. Let’s analyze first, then tell him with a plan in hand, okay?' I say to Kaia in the link.
'Agreed. He can’t go in all brawn and no brains.’
I chuckled in the link. Leave it to my mate to say something witty during a moment like this. I closed the link and kept my focus on Adrian. His jaw is clenched tight, and he is barely holding it together.
“How about Storn and Thor go for a run. We have to wait for Sinclair to report to us anyway. It’ll help clear your mind,” I suggested.
Adrian sighed and nodded. I looked at Adrian and Kaia. “We will be back later. Mind link me if you hear from Sinclair.”
Kaia kissed me. “I’ll see you in a little while.”
She then turned to Adrian. “I’ll tell you what I told Isaiah and Adrian; If anyone can find that bastard, it’s Sinclair.”
Adrian and I left. When we got outside, we stripped, shifted, and took off running. The entire time, Storn is feeling how hard his brother is going. Thor is in just as much pain. Tika was his mate, too.
