I went to my room and showered. I have bruises on my face. I look rough. I’m not doing any video for Adrian tonight. I don’t want him seeing me like this. I know he will be disappointed, but I don’t want him worrying about me. I’ll send one when it heals.

I showered, put on some pajamas, and made my way to bed. I grabbed the game controller and sent a message to Adrian.

[Sin: Update today. I gave Julian thirty percent of his money back. He typed the account number into my laptop. It recorded the account number. I’ll be cutting off that supply soon.]

[Adrian: That’s great! How is my little sin doing tonight?]

[Sin: Exhausted. It’s been a long day. I had Angelo modify some dismantled trackers. I will be installing them soon enough.]

[Adrian: Are you okay?]

[Sin: Yes. Tired. How are Phoenix and Irene?]

[Adrian: Perfect as always. Although, Irene spit up on me today and Phoenix thought it would be fun to pee all over me while I was changing his diaper.]

[Sin: LOL – Excellent! Wish I had a picture of that. I’d frame it.]

[Adrian: I’ve been taking lots of videos and pictures of them. When you get back, we can put them in albums and store the video on a cloud account or something.]

My eyes began to sting. He remembered. I want every moment remembered. I don’t want them growing up like me, with no pictures and only bad memories.

[Sin: I can’t wait to see them all, and hear all the stories.]

[Adrian: After I get my fill of you.]

[Sin: LOL. Which is never.]

[Adrian: You’re right. I never do.]

I switched the subject. I want to give Adrian a heads-up about Julian’s pack. The more I am around them, the more instability is seen through the cracks.

[Sin: Julian’s pack doesn’t respect one another. Warriors bully pack members. Two bullied Angelo earlier. It’s not a stable pack.]

[Adrian: That’s good information. You didn’t intervene, did you?]

[Sin: Don’t ask questions you already know the answer to, Adrian.]
