Chapter 86

Rebel POV

I am never going to get enough of Austin. Ever since he tied me up, I have felt more needy for him. He seems to enjoy it and wants me just as much. I’m definitely not complaining. I feel closer to him since getting my fears and doubts out in the open. He’s been a benefactor in my neediness and he has been doing accept enjoying me, enjoying him.

After we were done cleaning up and finding our release, we made our way to the dining hall for dinner. Renata is laughing with Renz and Lacy, while Jessup and Jane have amused looks on their faces.

What are we laughing about?Austin asked.

Renata smiled and a mischievous grin, I was just telling them about why I dubbed you my cookie monster.

Austin’s face flushes with embarrassment and he narrows his eyes at his mother, Mama, why would you tell that embarrassing story? How am I supposed to maintain my image as Alpha if you make me seem weak?

I couldn’t help it, I started laughing. I want to know this story too!

When he was a pup, I would make chocolate chip cookies. They are his favorite. Well, one day, while making the batter, I set a fresh batch on the kitchen counter and turned my back for only a minute. When I came back to the counter, I found Austin with his chubby fingers on the floor, eating all of the cookies from the tray. He had such a belly ache afterwards that he was growling for the rest of the night. That’s when I started calling him,my little cookie monster.

What a cute and adorable story. I picture a small Austin getting into the cookie jar and I smile at him lovingly. Suddenly, my mind starts thinking about having pups that look like Austin, running around. It makes me feel possessive all over again.

Austin senses in and raises an eyebrow. Something to say little mate?

Not at all cookie monster. I say giggling at him.

He mind links me, I have a new favorite snack I love to eat these days mate.

I blush furiously and everyone starts laughing, including Renata. Stop teasing your mate
