I Fell for the Man Who Ruined Me, Then He Forgot He Ever Loved Me Back novel Chapter 209

Mindy Monroe saw her. "Sienna, where are you going?"

"To find Jorrod."

Just a few days ago, rumors of Sienna fiercely confronting the CEO during a meeting had spread like wildfire across the entire company.

Catching the mention of "Jorrod" and seeing her aggressive posture, Colleague A curiously leaned in to ask questions.

"Where is Sienna going? And what's that in her hand?"

Mindy replied, "She's going upstairs to see Mr. Vaughn. Probably has some business with him."

Colleague A turned to inform Colleague B. "Sienna is heading upstairs to see Mr. Vaughn. She's holding something that looks like a belt."

Colleague B processed this information. "Sienna is furiously marching up to see Mr. Vaughn, and she brought a belt with her."

Colleague C gasped. "Sienna is taking a belt upstairs to see Mr. Vaughn! She looks incredibly pissed off."

Janice York walked over just in time to catch the tail end of the gossip. "What are you all whispering about? Where did Sienna go?"

Colleague D whispered, "Sienna is going to whip Mr. Vaughn with a belt."

Janice stared in horror. "Excuse me?!"

When Sienna reached the top floor, Assistant Jenkins was just stepping out of the office.

She didn't even have to open the door herself.

She marched straight up to Jorrod's desk and slammed the belt down right in front of him with a loud smack.

The force of the impact scattered the neatly organized papers across his desk.

Jorrod paused, lifting his gaze to Sienna before letting his eyes drop leisurely to the familiar leather belt.

Quickly retracting his gaze, he said calmly, "Collecting my belts? I had no idea you harbored such a fetish."

Sienna opened her mouth to argue.

Before she could, the man stood up. The chair slid back effortlessly as he stepped out from behind the desk.

In Sienna's memory, ever since Jorrod regained his memory, he usually preferred to sit rather than stand during their interactions.

Whenever they communicated, he would simply tilt his chin up, forcing her to look down at him.

His sudden rise and unhurried approach caught her off guard. As his tall figure loomed in front of her, the drastic height difference eclipsed the light, suffocating her with an overwhelming sense of dominance.

Sienna instinctively took a small step back, her gaze dropping straight to the crisp lines of his black suit trousers.

His deep voice echoed from above her. "I can drop the charges against your friend, but I need you to do one thing for me in return."

She looked up, meeting his pitch-black eyes.

He said, "Tomorrow morning at seven, I will be waiting downstairs at your apartment."
