Zoe and Nadia Fox were hunkered down in the car.

Zoe had a clear view of everything from the driver's seat.

The man playing the hero at the critical moment was none other than her husband, Hayden Thorne.

He shielded Sienna from the first wave of the attack. Before a second wave could even begin, security guards were already rushing over to grab the instigators.

She knew Hayden still harbored lingering feelings for Sienna, but she never imagined they were so inseparable that he wouldn't leave her side for a single moment.

The scheme she and Nadia had spent half a month painstakingly planning had been completely dismantled by Hayden within three minutes of his appearance.
