I Forgot I Ever Loved You (Zoe and Hayden) novel Chapter 571

Watching Zoe become the darling of the social circle, completely surrounded by men, only made Sienna feel more defeated.

She stood next to Hayden, took a sip of the cocktail a waiter had handed her, and said coolly, "Zoe certainly knows how to attract men. No one can compete with her on that front. Right, Hayden?"

Hayden's face remained unreadable. Quentin and Ian exchanged a quick glance at Sienna. Before she could say another word, Hayden strode directly toward Sterling's group.

Sienna's grip on her glass tightened. She couldn't fathom why he would walk over there after watching Zoe flaunt herself in front of all those men.

"Let's go hear what Zoe has to say. If she's really that brilliant, she must have some actual material to present."

Sienna forced a smile. "You guys go ahead. I'm going to sit down for a bit."

She refused to go over.

She had met Sterling before, and he had completely dismissed her.

Sienna was terrified of being humiliated again and stubbornly avoided any interaction with the political elite.

Assuming she simply didn't want to get involved, Ethan nodded.

"Alright, you stay here. I'll go see what kind of nonsense Zoe's peddling."

Quentin rolled his eyes. "You're insufferable."

He walked off toward some acquaintances. Ian, meanwhile, was dragged along by Ethan, shooting Quentin a desperate look for help. Quentin just offered a look that said 'you're on your own' before disappearing into the crowd.

"Heartless bastard."

No humanity at all.

"Why do you care what he does? He's a doctor, what does he know about AI? Aren't you trying to break into this industry too? I've already made my first bucket of gold. Come listen with me, and I'll show you exactly how ridiculous Zoe really is.

What's wrong with you and Quentin anyway? You both treat Sienna like garbage. Let me tell you, Sienna is the only woman truly worthy of Hayden."
