The owner carried another dish and marched straight toward Sienna's table.
Sienna had finished her glass of water and was waiting quietly. Her fingers tapped absently against the edge of the table, her posture perfectly poised and composed.
*Smack!*
The owner slammed the plate down in front of her. Several drops of broth splashed out, blooming into dark stains on the tablecloth.
Sienna looked up at him.
The owner stood with his hands on his hips, raising his voice.
"I'm telling you, some people are young and healthy but absolutely refuse to make an honest living. Don't you feel guilty being a mistress? His actual girlfriend is sitting right over there, and you're just sitting here eating like you haven't done a thing wrong."
Everyone in The Zen Grill turned their heads to look.
Sienna didn't move. Her expression didn't even flicker.
She just sat there, staring directly at the owner, and asked a perfectly calm question—
"Did you see it with your own two eyes?"
The owner was stunned.
"What?"
"I said, did you see who the mistress is with your own two eyes?" Sienna's voice was unhurried, but every single word was crystal clear. "Or did you just hear someone running their mouth and decide you were qualified to be the judge?"
The owner had completely underestimated her sheer audacity and couldn't formulate a response in time.
Sienna stared him down.
"Whoever told you I'm the mistress, tell her to step up right now. I'll confront her face-to-face."
Startled, the owner instinctively shot a glance toward Sasha's table.
Following his gaze, Sienna's lips curled into a faint, icy smile.
"Oh, she said it?"
The owner puffed out his chest. "Does she... does she even need to say it? I know her. The two of them have known each other way longer than you..."
Sienna picked up her water glass, taking a slow, deliberate sip.
"Perfect. Call her over, and we'll hash this out face-to-face. If she doesn't come over, everyone in this restaurant is going to get a very good look at exactly how you run your business today."
She paused, her gaze sweeping across the eavesdropping diners.
