The conference room fell silent for a moment.
A colleague chimed in, "If we use traditional channels—handing out flyers, community bulletin boards, neighborhood committee notices—the coverage is limited, and it's inefficient. We don't know much about online promotion either. We tried pushing articles on our social media account before, but the view count was only in the hundreds."
Director Huntington frowned slightly, clearly dissatisfied.
Sienna sat by the window, twirling a pen in her fingers as her mind rapidly cycled through the people and resources at her disposal.
Just as everyone was looking grim, she put her pen down.
"Director Huntington, I have an idea."
Director Huntington's eyes lit up.
"Sienna, you truly are our top lead. Let's hear it."
Sienna spoke up.
"Serenity Books has been running its social media accounts and community groups for over a year. They currently have over a hundred thousand local subscribers, and their engagement rate has always been high. If we can use their channels to push information about the community health stations, the precision and reach will be far better than traditional methods."
Director Huntington looked up at her.
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure," Sienna said. "The demographic for the bookstore's followers overlaps perfectly with our target audience for the health clinics—they're all local residents of Metropolis. Furthermore, the bookstore already has credibility and a strong reputation. Information coming from them is easier for the public to digest than an official Health Commission notice. Plus, with The Serenity Scholarship Fund backing it, we can hit them from both angles."
Director Huntington's eyes were full of admiration.
"Sienna, how many more surprises do you have up your sleeve? Are you confident you can manage the foundation side?"
"I'm confident." Sienna's tone was unwavering; she had been waiting for this moment. "The foundation's public accounts, ledgers, and audit procedures are already established. We just need to file for a change-of-use approval. I can handle the paperwork on my end."
Director Huntington immediately made the call.
"Draft a proposal. Lay out the budget and expected impact clearly. Get it to me by Monday."
Sienna nodded.
