Jenna was terrified at first, but once she started talking about her pregnancy symptoms, she got more and

Jenna laughed awkwardly. She wasn’t trying to be difficult-she really couldn’t control her sudden pregnancy cravings.
Nevin remained silent most of the time, his expression thoughtful.
He even forgot that an entire conference room full of people was still waiting for him to start the meeting.
For the first half hour, no one dared disturb him. Everyone knew Nevin had never been late before.
A 30-minute wait was acceptable.
But after almost an hour, Joe finally stepped out of the conference room to call Nevin.
Nevin saw Joe’s call and suddenly remembered the meeting. After a moment of thought, he exchanged contact numbers with Jenna before leaving, so he could easily ask her questions later.
Jenna was stunned with excitement as she pulled out her phone.
She now had the CEO’s number!
Nevin walked into the meeting room with his usual commanding aura. He gave no explanation for being late. Of course, no one with a brain would ask.
After the meeting ended, Nevin called Joe into his office
“I want you to buy off a few informants at Snow Group
Before he could finish, Joe’s eyes widened in shock.
No way! Mr. Blackwell, don’t do anything illegal! Corporate crimes mean prison!

Joe let out a long breath. He had almost had a heart attack.
But that task was easy enough.
“The security company I had you contact…”

Nevin nodded slightly. Once everything was arranged, fee left to continue his work.
Nevin picked up his phone and sent Jenna another message. “How do you keep a pregnant woman in a good mood?”
Meanwhile, back in the PR department. Jenna had just returned to her desk and was working.
Her phone chumed, and it was a message from Nevin.
Jenna glanced around like a thief, making sure no one was watching.
She read has question and felt troubled. How do you keep pregnant woman happy?
If it were her, the answer was obvious: no work, lounging on the couch watching videos, sleeping whenever she wanted, and ideally with her husband catering to her every need.
