Nina had planned to take Maria and Sarah home with her, but when she looked up, she caught Sarah’s eyes sparkling with excitement and anticipation.

She was about to say something else, but changed her mind with a flourish. “How about we kick things off with a drinking

contest?

Maria looked confused. ‘Is that really going to be fun!”

Nina smirked. “Grandma, just slap some cash on the table and announce Whoever downs a whole case of beer first gets three thousand bucks, and the losers have to do a striptease Let’s see how it plays out

Maria’s eyes lit up instantly. “I love that idea!”

Maria, quick to pick up on Nina’s trick, slapped a stack of cash on the table, pointed at a few male models she fancied.

She shouted, “Alright, you guys! Whoever downs a whole case of beer first gets three thousand bucks, and the losers have to strip for me one by one!”

As soon as Maria finished speaking, the male models started chugging beer like there was no tomorrow.

The DJ cranked up the music, and the whole place instantly got wild.

Meanwhile, Grace saw the party heating up and brought her own group of male models over. “Mom, Miss Black, let’s join in and play a drinking game to get everyone even more fired up!” Grace called out.

Before this, Grace had always addressed Sarah as “Mrs. Swanson,” using her husband’s surname out of respect.

But Maria had just told her, “From now on, call her by her maiden name, Miss Black.”

Grace, still fuming over what Samuel had done, didn’t hesitate for a second and agreed right away,

Grace grinned, “Sure! Let’s get this party started ourselves!”

Then Maria and Grace jumped right into a drinking game, calling out classic chants like “Five Kings!“, “Triple Six!, and ‘Brothers!” as they played.

Nina and Ryan were dumbfounded.

Rex just stood there, totally dumbfounded by the scene as well.

He quietly edged closer to Ryan and muttered. “Ryan, aren’t you going to step in or something?”

Ryan shot him a blank look, then strode over to Nina and the others, his voice low and commanding ‘Get your asses home!”

As soon as he finished, his own mom and the two old ladies looked up at him, eyebrows raised “Wanna say that again

All three of them gripped their beer bottles, giving Ryan the death stare.

Their eyes seemed to say. “Try us, and we’ll smash your head in

Ryan froze on the spot.

So, he sat down next to Nina and just watched the three women carry on.

Rex was shocked.

I brought you two here to fix the mess, not to join in on the chaos!‘ Rex thought, exasperated.

Seriously, what the hell is going on here?

Not only are you guys not fixing anything, but now you’re partying along with them?

If Zachary and Mr. Foster catch wind of this, they’ll flip out and shut my place down for sure!‘ Rex thought, desperate.

Not far away, the nightclub manager walked up to Rex, looking nervous. “Rex, are we still open for business?”

lex shot him a glare. “Are you blind? Didn’t you see Maria just drop the cash to book out the whole club?”

The manager was confused.

Did Maria ever say she booked out the whole club?‘ The manager wondered, baffled.

lex snapped, “Alright, bring out the best booze and make sure these big shots get the royal treatment. I need to call Zachary ight now.”

He couldn’t skip giving Zachary a heads–up about this.

Rex glanced over at Nina’s table. Some of the male models were already stripping down and dancing.

But Nina and Ryan were totally unfazed, just sipping their drinks and giving Maria and Sarah ideas for even more fun.

Rex let out a sigh. “This whole scene is just too frustrating. Better not look anymore,‘ he thought.

An hour later, Maria and her crew were partying hard when Zachary and Charles burst in, murder in their eyes.

The moment Zachary stepped inside, he saw a male model giving Maria a massage, while two more shirtless guys were showing off their eight–pack abs and putting on a show right in front of her.

Zachary’s vision nearly went dark with rage. He sucked in a breath and bellowed, “Maria! Tell that brat to get his damn hands off you, right now!”

Maria looked up and saw Zachary storming over, murder in his eyes.

She frowned, shooting Ryan a glare. “Was it you who brought your grandpa here?

“Nope, wasn’t me,” Ryan shot back instantly,

“Not you?” Maria blinked in surprise, then shot a glare at Rex, who was standing by the bar watching the whole thing “Then it must be that weasel over there?”

Rex caught the murderous look in Maria’s eyes, spun around, and vanished in a flash.

Zachary stormed up to Maria, and the male model was still massaging her shoulders. He grabbed the guy’s hand and yanked it away, eyes blazing. “Touch her one more time, and you’ll regret it!”

The male model was confused.

I was just giving her a massage. Did I really piss him off that much? the male model thought, totally baffled.

“What are you even doing? Can’t you just stay home with your dumb books instead of coming here to mess things up? Have you lost it?” Maria snapped.

Zachary found it weird.

He pointed at himself, staring at Maria in disbelief. “Me? I’m the crazy one? Maria, I’m not dead yet! And you’re already out here flirting with guys? Are you trying to give me a heart attack?”

Maria shot up and gave Zachary a smack on the head. “Flirting with guys? Watch your mouth! I just brought Sarah out so she wouldn’t mope around at home.”

“You couldn’t pick any other place to chill? Had to come here and surround yourself with all these guys? What, you think I’m past my prime now?” Zachary fumed, clutching his chest.

Maria’s eyes widened. “Come on, look at your age! You really think you’ve still got what it takes?”

Zachary found it weird.

‘She’s already disgusted with me?‘ Zachary thought, completely stunned.

‘Didn’t take her long to get sick of me, huh?‘ he grumbled inwardly.

Figures. None of the women is any good!‘ Zachary muttered to himself.
