Miss Josefina: Nobody's Princess novel Chapter 1110

Josefina quickly stepped in, "Darren, let's keep this on the down-low for now. Wait until we've got all the facts and solid proof before you make any reports."

Darren paused for a moment, weighing her words, and then nodded. "Alright, I'll hold off for now. Let's see how things play out."

"Smart move, Darren. I'll head back to the lab, and as soon as we have the results, you'll be the first to know," Josefina assured him.

"Thanks, Josefina. I really appreciate it."

"No worries at all. Doing what's right for everyone is what we should be doing," she replied with a warm smile.

Oliver, holding a medical kit in one hand and Josefina's hand in the other, led her away. "I wish we could take Dominic for further study, but he's already behind bars, and getting him out would be a bureaucratic nightmare," Oliver sighed.

In another situation, Josefina might have been able to pull some strings.

"I'll go have a chat with Darren," Oliver suggested, turning to leave.

Josefina quickly stopped him, "No need. I've already gathered what I need. The research is what matters now."

With that, Josefina tugged on Oliver's arm, and they walked off together.

...

Oliver accompanied Josefina to the lab, where Percy greeted her return with a gentle smile. Percy, with his gold-rimmed glasses and polished demeanor, exuded the charm of a true gentleman.

Mandy peeked out, eagerly waiting for Josefina to come in. They were both on the lookout, and finally, someone appeared.

The first to enter was Oliver, with the medical kit in hand. His black coat swayed elegantly with each step, matching his graceful persona. Josefina followed him in, also dressed in black, making them look like a coordinated duo.

Mandy, excited, rushed over. "Josie, you're here!"

Oliver caught her wandering hand. "Josie, don't tempt me here. Save it for home, okay?"

Josefina rolled her eyes but couldn't help but smile. She withdrew her hand, but Oliver held onto it, refusing to let go.

"Oliver, I'm craving some grilled fish."

"Alright, let's head out for some grilled fish. I'll have George look up the best spot around."

"No need, I know a great place nearby. Let's go there," Josefina suggested.

With her hand still in his, Oliver started leading her towards the door. "No need to wait. Let's go now."

As they left, Percy watched them go, noting the way Oliver had his arm around Josefina's shoulders, their closeness undeniable.
