Miss Josefina: Nobody's Princess novel Chapter 930

“Ms. Josefina, thanks so much for your help.”

“Oh, it’s really nothing. Just part of the job.”

Josefina glanced over the design sketches, nodding with approval. “These are really well done. But, you know, if you change this round neckline to a V-neck, it might look even more stylish.”

“Got it. I’ll make that tweak right away,” Bobby replied, quickly noting it down on his phone.

Josefina handed the sketches back to Bobby. “Overall, it’s fantastic. No more changes needed.”

Bobby took the drawings back, his face lit up with a smile that wouldn’t quit.

Josefina couldn’t resist asking, “With your talent, you could easily land a job at a bigger company. Ever thought about moving up to something bigger?”

“Ms. Josefina, I’m not the ambitious sort, honestly. Big companies are intimidating with their workload and stress. Here, the atmosphere is the best I’ve encountered in all my interviews. I genuinely enjoy being here.”

Josefina just smiled, and Bobby went on, “Ms. Josefina, am I messing up anywhere? If there’s anything I can fix, just tell me, and I’ll do it.”

“You’re doing a great job, really. No changes needed. Keep it up; I have high hopes for you.”

Bobby beamed with happiness and headed out to continue his work.

A little while later, Kale walked in.

“Hey, Kale,” Josefina greeted as he took a seat. “How’s everything going at the company?”

“Everything’s smooth sailing. Alex’s designs are a hit, and everyone’s working together really well. No issues at all.”

Shay fell silent, knowing Dominic’s sharp tongue was as relentless as ever, mixed with that smug attitude.

“Dominic, you’re as irritating as ever! Sure, you saved me, but haven’t I saved you before too? We’re partners. Drop the attitude, alright?”

The two of them stared each other down, neither willing to back down.

Finally, Shay spoke up again. “I’m stuck in bed, can’t do much right now. Dominic, what’s the plan for payback? Even if it’s not for me, for Mom and our plans, you’ve got to hit back.”

Dominic lit a cigarette, hiding behind a veil of smoke, his expression growing more serious. “Shay, don’t worry about it. Focus on getting better and getting back to school. If we keep on like this, none of us are gonna make it.”

Shay’s face showed a flicker of panic, but he quickly calmed down. “Got it.”
