Ray’s voice was calm, but carried a chilling weight.
“Think carefully. Anyone who blocks my path is opposing me and making themselves my enemy,” he said. “And I never go easy on my enemies.”
The group of students laughed uproariously.
Who did he think he was, threatening them?
They didn’t back down. Some even stepped forward.
Not all of them–just enough to test him.
Ray shook his head and, without hesitation, fired bullets from his otherworldly storage space.
Though the spatial portal was just a flat plane, he could instantly collect and release objects from it, forming a seamless, circling barrage. It was as if his entire body could spew bullets at once.
Eleven students collapsed simultaneously–no screams, no struggle. All headshots, executed in a heartbeat.
Nine boys and two girls–regardless of gender, anyone hostile was eliminated.
The remaining seven–one boy, six girls–had held back. Now, seeing the carnage, they screamed in terror.
One girl slumped to the floor, her hands sticky with blood, eyes rolling back in fainting. Two others… peed themselves out of sheer fright.
One girl’s eyes gleamed with something else—a spark of excitement.
After his battle with Brandon, Ray knew he could no longer hide his superpowered identity from Molly. But as long as he said nothing, who could guess his true abilities?
Could he fire bullets from thin air? Or did he control the trajectory, making attacks bend at will? The spatial portal and the otherworldly storage space were unfathomably versatile–properly used, they were utterly unpredictable.
Even if someone knew he had the ability to temporarily store objects in his otherworldly storage space and then launch them exactly as they were, did they know what he would send at them?
It could be a simple brick… or a hundred… or a thousand bullets… maybe even a cannon shell.
How could anyone defend against that? Impossible.
Since no one could know, he didn’t bother hiding it anymore,
Ray glanced at the few remaining students. Calmly, he asked, “Anyone else want to stop me?”
“I do!”
Huh? Someone else looking for death?
He turned toward the voice, eyes lighting up.
Another stunning beauty–just slightly less striking than Katie, but with a completely different vibe. Where Katie exuded purity, this girl radiated seduction.
She lifted her hand and began walking toward him. Every step was deliberate: a twist of the waist, a sway of the hips.
Even through thick winter clothes, she exuded curves, elegance, and charm. One could only marvel–how narrow must her waist be to project such allure through layers of heavy fabric?
