My Unborn Baby Chose My Husband for Me novel Chapter 264

They were absolutely not just friends.

This woman was clearly a bitter ex out for blood.

"Sienna," Yolanda said, setting down her glass, her tone flat but laced with an undeniable edge. "I highly doubt you came here just for the food."

Sienna raised an eyebrow. "You don't believe me?"

"Whether I believe you or not is irrelevant. What matters is that you walked in here with an agenda." Yolanda leaned back in her chair, observing Sienna with absolute calm.

The air in the room grew suffocatingly tense.

Sebastian took a sharp breath, stood up, and grabbed Sienna by the arm. "Outside. We need to talk."

Sienna stumbled as he dragged her to her feet, but her mocking smile never faltered. "Excuse me for just a moment, Yolanda."

Yolanda didn't reply. She merely watched with cold detachment as they disappeared into the hall.

The second the door clicked shut, she picked up the bouquet of roses from the chair, inhaled their scent, and let a shadow fall over her eyes.

Out in the hallway, at the far end of the corridor.

Sebastian released Sienna's arm, his face livid. "What the hell are you doing? Are you going to keep making a scene until you completely humiliate yourself?"

Sienna rubbed her aching arm. She looked up at him, her eyes slowly welling with tears.

"Tell me, Sebastian. What did I ever do to deserve this?"

"You didn't do anything." His voice was as hard as stone. "But we are done. I made that perfectly clear."

"Done?" Sienna's voice trembled. "You just get to decide that it's over? Did you even ask if I was okay with it?"

Sebastian closed his eyes, fighting to keep his patience. "Sienna, whatever issues we have, we can deal with them privately. But not tonight. Yolanda is right inside. Stop causing a scene and go home."

"Go home?" Sienna let out a broken laugh as a tear slipped down her cheek. "I go home, and you get to go back in there and play the perfect, loving boyfriend with her? Do you think I'm completely stupid?"

"Sienna! I told you, we will talk about this another day. Leave right now before you make this worse for everyone," Sebastian snapped, his anger boiling over.
