"What's wrong, babe?"
Seeing Seraphina suddenly stop, Tiffany tightly gripped her uninjured arm, refusing to let go.
If Seraphina tried to back out now, Tiffany would drag her out the door if she had to.
After all, she had already "taken" Lucian's money.
"I don't know, do you think we can buy two cans?" Seraphina blinked innocently at Tiffany.
Tiffany let out a sigh of relief, patting her chest. "You scared me. I thought you were going to cancel. Yes, of course we can!"
"Let's get three. If it's too heavy, we'll just have the driver carry it."
"That works too."
Back inside, Little Bean practically danced with joy.
Susan blinked in surprise, muttering to herself, "That's odd. Why is he in such a good mood today?"
"You wouldn't understand, Susan. Hurry up and put on your soap operas. I want to watch."
Seraphina took the elevator down, and as the distance grew, Little Bean's voice faded from her mind.
His final thought still echoed in her head.
Her lips twitched in amusement as she quietly pulled out her phone and texted Susan. "Susan, make sure not to let him watch those dramatic soap operas."
Susan quickly replied. "Yes, ma'am."
Tiffany leaned in. "What are you doing? Texting your husband?"
"No, texting Susan."
Tiffany caught a glimpse of the screen and her mouth twitched. "Sera, you're crushing that poor baby's dreams..."
She paused, looking at Seraphina. "Does he actually like watching that stuff?"
Seraphina found it equally absurd. "I don't know. I'm just guessing."
"Alright. We'll make him watch educational stuff from now on. General knowledge documentaries?"
Seraphina nodded. "That sounds good."
Tiffany was speechless.
She was just joking. She didn't expect Seraphina to actually agree.
Did a baby really need to watch documentaries?
