My Unborn Baby Chose My Husband for Me novel Chapter 575

"Copycat! You're nothing but a copycat!"

Evie stuck her tongue out at Tiffany, resting her hands on her hips in triumph.

Tiffany rolled her eyes so hard she practically saw her own brain. "Childish!"

Seraphina laughed at Tiffany's puffed-out cheeks. She grabbed her hand, pulling her back slightly. "Alright, you know she's immature. Just ignore her."

"Hmph!"

Melody pulled Evie forward, maintaining a perfectly composed smile. "Sera, it really is quite a coincidence. First the jewelry store, now the restaurant."

"Since we're all here, why don't we eat together?" she suggested brightly.

Melody's gaze stayed fixed on Seraphina.

She was acting incredibly polite. If Seraphina refused now, it would only make Seraphina look petty.

Before Seraphina could answer, Evie ripped her arm from Melody's grip, shooting Seraphina a venomous look. "Who wants to eat with her?!"

Tiffany immediately fired back, pretending to gag while shooting Evie a smug look. "Ugh... exactly. I'd rather not eat with someone like her either. I'd throw up everything I ate for the last two days."

"You..."

Evie's chest heaved erratically, looking as though she couldn't catch her breath.

"Evie, are you okay?" Melody asked frantically. "Don't scare me."

Seeing this, Tiffany scoffed in disgust. "Faking it."

"Alright, that's enough from both of you." Seraphina tugged on Tiffany's sleeve, speaking quietly. "She used to have stress-induced panic attacks where she couldn't breathe."

Tiffany didn't buy it for a second. She pointed at Evie. "Look at her! She was just screaming at us perfectly fine. There's nothing wrong with her."

While comforting Evie and gently rubbing her back, Melody looked up at Tiffany. "Ms. Taylor, please show some grace. Everyone goes through hard times."

"If you ever find yourself in a situation like this, I hope people treat you with understanding and respect."
