Seeing her agree, Errol's smile returned. He reached into his pocket and handed her an exclusive black card.
"This is a limitless international bank card with ten billion loaded onto it. The PIN is your birthday. Spend it however you like. From now on, the dividends from your ten percent shares will also be deposited directly into this account. Don't be afraid to spoil yourself."
"You know my birthday?"
Frederick Hawthorne had never once remembered her birthday. Even when her mother explicitly reminded him, he brushed it off and certainly never bothered to buy her a gift.
Yet, this biological father she had just met not only offered her thoughtful gifts but remembered her birthday, handed her a ten-billion-dollar trust fund, and used her birthday as the password.
It was painfully obvious who actually cared.
"I do. I had my people look into it."
His investigators had managed to dig up everything about her life up until she was fifteen. After that, her records were a complete blank. He still had no idea what she had been doing during those missing years.
But seeing that she was doing so well now, safe in the arms of a husband who adored her, he felt a profound sense of relief.
"Alright. I'll do my best to spend it."
Truth be told, she was already wildly wealthy. She didn't understand why everyone constantly acted as though she were broke.
Julius had given her a limitless card, Grandma Nadine had given her one, her grandfather had set up an account for her, and now her newly discovered father was casually handing her ten billion.
Did she somehow give off the aura of a struggling charity case?
And the fact that her biological father was dropping this kind of money on her the second they reunited... it was clear just how desperately he wanted to make amends.
Would his wife and other children come hunting her down to reclaim the funds if they found out?
"Also, if you ever need anything when you get back, just call me. If Julius ever steps out of line or hurts you, I'll deal with him personally."
"He won't hurt me." Besides, he couldn't even if he tried.
"I wouldn't dare. Usually, she's the one bullying me at home." He couldn't bear to hurt her, nor could he win in a fight against her anyway.
Stella shot him a sharp glare. "Julius, what kind of nonsense are you spouting? When have I ever bullied you?"
"See, Dad? She's glaring at me right now. Once we get back to the hotel, I'm sure the bullying will resume."
Julius rarely got the chance to playfully tattle on her, and he wanted to see how she'd react.
Stella reached toward his waist, fully intending to pinch him, but Errol caught the movement. "Stella, be nice to Julius."
He had been so worried about his daughter being mistreated, only to discover she was a total powerhouse.
Stella shot Julius another death glare before ruthlessly stomping on his foot under the table.
That would teach him to push his luck!
