Chapter 481
“If everything looks fine, please sign.” Robin took out the rest of the forms for Sierra. “I’ll handle all the transfers for you.”
Sierra took them and looked them over. Once she was sure everything was in order, she signed without hesitation. She didn’t want to argue with John about any of it anymore. If he wanted to give it to her, fine. She would transfer everything to Tommy in the end, anyway.
“Ms. Bell.” Robin only spoke after she finished signing.
Sierra looked up at him. “Yes.”
Robin faked a cough before pressing his lips. “Mr. Henderson has one small request. I don’t know whether you’ll agree to it or not.”
Sierra’s expression didn’t change. “Go ahead.”

“He asked me to see whether he could keep staying at Campanile Estate. He’s fine with renting it from you,‘ Robin said, looking somewhat conflicted. “His other residences are a little too far from Henderson Group, so it isn’t very convenient for him to commute.”
“For now, yes.” Sierra said. When she wanted to become cold, she could be colder than anyone. “After the divorce, no.”
Robin was stunned.

For a moment, he didn’t know what to say. Was this really Sierra? Was this brutal woman in front of him really the same Sierra he knew?
“You can tell him to keep these residences instead of transferring them to me.” Sierra pointed at the houses on the list. “Or you can transfer Campanile Estate back to him.”
“Do you really not have any feelings left for Mr. Henderson at all?” Robin blurted out. He rarely asked anything that personal.
Sierra frowned.
How could she not?
She wasn’t a machine. She couldn’t automatically erase every memory they had the moment it was over. There were too many problems between them. Things would have gotten tense between them anyway, even if recent events hadn’t happened.
“I’m sorry.” Robin realized the question was out of lin
Sierra simply nodded and didn’t explain further.
“I’ll pass your words on to Mr. Henderson.”
John had plenty of options. He could have kept the house or bought another one, but he chose neither. Instead, he

Either way, she didn’t want to deal with it right now.
“I’ll be leaving now.” Robin stood up with the signed forms in his hand, his expression no longer readable. Someone will pick you up and take you to Jade City to get the divorce certificate. You simply need to wait at home.” “It’s alright,” Sierra said. “I’ll book my own flight and make my own travel arrangements.

Robin looked like he wanted to say more, but in the end, he agreed. “Understood.”
The moment he left, Anna appeared in the study.
Seeing Sierra sitting there in silence with a neutral expression on her face, Anna sat down and asked with concern, “What did Robin say to you? Why do you look so unhappy?”
“Mom.” Sierra wasn’t interested in anything right now.
Anna’s voice stayed gentle. “Yes?”
Sierra forced a smile. “I’m so poor now that all I have left is money.‘

“Then are you still going to keep dealing with the Kings?” Anna asked. She respected all Sierra’s decisions, including this one. “Maxwell told me that as long as you give up the shares, he’ll give you ten million a year in dividends.”
Sierra raised her brows slightly.
Why had he gone to her mother, too?
“With the money you already have, the office building Cyrus gave you, the niche luxury brand Nathan gave you, and the assets John gave you for the divorce…” Anna wanted her to think it through. “Even if you don’t take those shares back, you and Tommy can still live comfortably for the rest of your lives.”
Sierra already had a vague idea of what Anna was about to say.
“If possible, I really don’t want you to fight the Kings.” Anna didn’t soften it. “They care little about human life.” There was very little Anna could do in this matter.
Once they found out and had proof that Anna had helped Sierra, then no matter how hard Sierra fought, she would never get those shares back.
