mything Darisel said too seriously.
It even Marrs agreed, Sierra anewered without hesitation. “Alright”
“You trust us that
*ch?” Tony was a little surprised she had not even stopped to thrak about their assessment. “Aren’t you worried we’re simply making things up to stop you from getting rich?“
“You might.” Sierra said. Now that he had been around for a while, she could joke with him to. “But Marcus wouldn’t.” Marcus looked pleased and he sat up a little straighter. He absolutely would not let his boss down
“Not necessarily.” Tony drove with easy confidence in his tone. “Haven’t you noticed that in a lot of movies, the real mastermind is always the one who seems harmless at first? The one nobody suspects?”

Tony asked something much more serious. “Have you thought about the worst possible outcome?“
“What outcome?” Sierra asked.
“The Lynch family and the King family joining forces against you.” Tony had not wanted to say it at first, but after thinking it over, he could not keep it inside. Their young employer was so sincere that it made him want to look out for her just a little more.
Sierra’s hand paused over her phone as she replied to a message
Tony clarified himself and said, “Just because Cyrus and Daniel don’t get along doesn’t mean Nathan’s uncle and your two uncles don’t get along, either. The enemy of your enemy is your friend, after all.”
Sierra had thought about that, but she had never had any contact with Nathan’s uncle. The information Anna had given her only mentioned that he was very shrewd and ruthless.
