“Ryan, lock down the entire venue! Now!”
Finished
Sebastian’s voice was urgent. Ryan forcefully shoved his way through the panicking crowd, coordinating with the bodyguards outside to completely barricade the banquet hall.
Moments later, the backup generators kicked in. The hall was an absolute disaster zone. Countless people lay bruised, bleeding, and groaning on the floor.
“Where’s Amelia?! Where is she?!”
Alexander scanned the room wildly, but Amelia was nowhere to be found.
“Alex, Amelia is gone! And Julian is missing too!”
Lucas looked completely battered, a literal footprint stamped across his face from the stampede.
Alexander limped over to Sebastian on his crutch, his voice shaking with terror. “Sebastian, what the hell happened?! Why is Amelia missing?! Was she taken by the shooter?!”
Seeing Sebastian’s face as black as thunder, Alexander’s worst fears were confirmed. “She was actually taken?! We need to lock down the entire city! We have to save her!”
Sebastian bent down and picked up a diamond ring off the floor. His voice was absolute zero. “Don’t worry. He’s not getting out of my grip.”
Ace crossed the ultimate line this time. Daring to touch my Amelia… he really has a f*cking death wish!
Sebastian pocketed the ring, his face a mask of murderous rage, and ordered Ryan, “Mobilize everyone. Shut down every single exit in Kingsley! I want Ace’s exact coordinates in three hours!”
Ryan’s expression was equally grave. “Yes, Mr. Sterling. Are you heading back to the office or…?”
“Back to the main mansion.”
Sebastian dropped the command and marched out of the ruined venue.
At the Sterling main mansion, Evelyn was sipping coffee on a stone bench in the garden. From
a distance, she spotted Sebastian striding toward her through the thick night fog.
Evelyn was overjoyed. “Sebastian, you…”

Chapter 347 The late monction
The words died in her throat as Sebastian delivered a brutal backhand across her face.
“Where the f*ck is Ace Sinclair?!”
Finished
Evelyn clutched her burning check, looking up with tear–filled eyes. “I don’t know any Ace! I don’t even know who that is! Why are you hitting me the second you get back?!”
“You don’t know him?” Sebastian grabbed her by the throat, the frost in his eyes terrifying to the bone. “Tell me… if I choke the life out of you right now, can you still finish your little plan?”
Feeling the grip around her neck tighten abruptly, the suffocating lack of oxygen sent Evelyn into sheer panic. “I… I don’t know him…”
“Fine!” Sebastian sneered. “Since you wanna die so badly, let me help you!”
Evelyn felt her airway completely collapse. Her eyes bulged, and her hands instinctively clawed at Sebastian’s arm. Only a strangled, wheezing sound escaped her throat.
Death was literally suffocating her. For the first time, Evelyn truly understood how terrifying Sebastian could be.
“S–Sebastian… I… I’ll talk…” Evelyn used every last ounce of her strength to squeeze out the words.
Suddenly, the grip vanished. Her body crashed heavily onto the ground. The feeling of surviving death made her sob uncontrollably.
Sebastian had absolutely zero sympathy for her. “Talk!”
Somewhere in a mid–mountain villa.
Amelia slowly fluttered her eyes open. The first thing she saw was a massive feather chandelier on the ceiling, surrounded by sleazy, pulsing red lights. She jerked up instantly.
“What the f*ck?! Are you sick?!”
Amelia moved her wrists and realized her limbs were shackled to a metal bed frame. Every time she moved, the chains clinked sharply.
She wrestled with the chains for a solid minute, but they wouldn’t budge. She gave up and scanned the room’s layout.
This place was a straight–up BDSM sex motel. And the mega–freakish kind.
She was chained to a massive, oval–shaped red bed, littered with various unmentionable toys. The walls were plastered with X–rated posters that definitely needed censorship.
