She Left She Thrived She’s Worth Billions novel Chapter 180

As soon as Melanie entered the office, she saw a middle-aged woman she didn't recognize grabbing Emilia by the hair with one hand and slapping her furiously with the other.

“You little tramp! Shameless bitch! I’ll teach you to seduce my husband! Why don’t you just go be a prostitute? Stop pretending to be some professional, you slut!”

The woman’s curses were vile as she hit Emilia, but no one else in the office dared to step in and break up the fight.

Emilia’s face was already swollen and bruised. She was sobbing, tears and snot streaming down her face, her voice hoarse.

“It wasn’t me… It really wasn’t me…”

“Still denying it?”

The woman yanked Emilia’s hair and threw a pair of sheer panties with pearls onto her face.

“I found these in my husband’s suit pocket! I hired a private investigator. It was you, you little bitch, who slept with my husband last night!”

Melanie stood to the side, having already guessed what was happening without needing to ask.

This shrewish woman must be the wife of one of the three major suppliers.

And she was here today, obviously, to make a public spectacle of confronting her husband's mistress.

“No, those really aren’t mine!”

Emilia felt like she was dying from the injustice of it all.

Last night’s plan was for her to lure Melanie into the hotel room. She had no idea how it happened, but her vision suddenly went black.

She didn’t remember anything after that.

When she opened her eyes again, it was because of the pain.

She found herself lying naked on a large bed, without even a blanket to cover her.

Mr. Marcelline, Mr. Wallace, and Mr. Holt—the three suppliers—were having their way with her.

She was terrified.

She kept begging them to let her go, telling them it was all a mistake.

But the men were in the heat of the moment and couldn't care less whether it was a mistake or not.

Just like that, she was toyed with by three older men in all sorts of ways for the entire night. Her cries for help went unanswered.

She was terrified when she came to the office today and went to see Evelyn first.

If it weren’t for Melanie, she wouldn’t be getting beaten by the man’s wife right now.

Emilia trembled with hatred.

“Melanie!”

Emilia shrieked, her eyes wide with fury.

“It’s all your fault! You did this to me! I’m going to kill you!”

Emilia lunged at Melanie like a wild animal, only to be yanked back by the collar of her shirt by Mrs. Locke.

With a loud rip, her shirt tore open. In that instant, everyone in the office saw the marks on Emilia’s body.

If anyone had doubted whether Emilia was being falsely accused before, no one would speak up for her now.

The marks on her body were the evidence.

Emilia was stunned.

The office was silent for a second. The next, Mrs. Locke, as if possessed, grabbed a folder from a desk and began smashing it against Emilia’s body.
