Quinn scoffed mockingly. "Save your breath, you little lapdog. You and your master have tried to play me multiple times. Did she not deserve a slap?"

Just then, Miles and Hunter stepped out of the elevator. Seeing the CEO arrive, the surrounding staff immediately lowered their heads and scattered.

Seeing that he was finally back, Jade instantly hid the venom in her eyes.

The threat hung heavy in the air. Quinn glared at him with furious resentment. "Miles, stop dragging my brother into this at every turn! He's not your lackey. If he owes you money, he'll pay it back himself!"
