Chapter 441 Don’t Call Me That
Damian said, “Could Diana take over the work this afternoon? I’d like us to visit your Grandpa’s house”
“Grandpa’s house?” Isabelle was confused.
Why the sudden visit?

Christian had been recuperating in the hospital. But he seemed fine when she visited a couple of days ago. She hadn’t received any messages. Damian must have heard first.
“What’s wrong with Grandpa?” Isabelle pressed, her grip on his hand tightening unconsciously.
Damian said, “He was discharged. We’re having dinner there tonight. Didn’t you see the message?”
He’d meant to ask her last night, but she was tired from the outing. She showered and went straight to bed, and he didn’t have the heart to wake her.
From Damian’s tone, Christian had improved enough to go home. Isabelle relaxed.
She’d fallen asleep as soon as they got home last night, ignoring any group chats. Then she’d been busy all morning. “I didn’t notice.”
Seeing her pout, Damian couldn’t help but pull her close. He kissed the corner of her mouth and rested his forehead against hers. “Hungry? I had food delivered today.”
Isabelle gently pushed him away. The studio was livelier than usual, Damian held on, nuzzling his face into the crook of her neck.
“I’m hungry,” Isabelle said with a
laugh.
“You really know how to spoil the mood. Won’t even let me hug you.” He let go, mom’s picking on me again.”
“Enough, Damian. Tattling to the baby?” Isabelle couldn’t hold back her laughter.

Daisy, who had just reached the doorway, quickly pulled her foot back and tiptoed away.
Isabelle pushed him gently. “Alright, stop. Someone might see…”
Damian frowned, looking at her.
We are a married couple. It isn’t a crime. So what if someone sees?
Daisy touched her warm cheeks and took the elevator downstairs.
You saw this sort of thing in movies all the time, but witnessing it in person was awkward.
Her face was completely flushed.
She’d only meant to grab her bag from upstairs. She hadn’t expected to walk in on them being affectionate.
Passing the coffee lounge, she glanced inside.

Chapter 441 Don’t Call Me That
Amant was asleep on the rocking chair. The light from the floor to ceiling window outlined a strikingly handsome protse “Who’s that? Looks like he’s been sleeping all day“-Daisy asked, following Bonita inside
“Mr. Vale? He’s been coming here a lot lately. To sicep.” Bonita cleared the tabi as assistants brought in the delivered food
“He just comes here to sleep?” Daisy was puzzled.
Bonita said, “Yep. Just sleeps. It’s strange. He comes, sleeps, and doesn’t wake up, no matter how noisy it gets outside
Daisy couldn’t help but look a little longer.
She hadn’t properly thanked him for last night. And she’d never actually met him.
Just then, Diana came in after washing her hands. Isabelle and Damian followed/Everyone sat down together.
Midway through the meal, Daisy asked, “What about Anthony? Shouldn’t we invite him?”
“He already left.” Isabelle tilted her chin, indicating the outside.
Daisy turned and looked. Anthony was gone–just another perfect view of his retreating back.
“He never eats here. Sleeps and leaves,” Bonita added.
Daisy paused.
He’s a strange one.
“Don’t worry about him,” Damian said. “He likes quiet. And he can be intense. You’d be better off keeping your distance.”
With Daisy’s chattiness, she’d probably drive him away.
Anthony had finally found a place where he could rest. They couldn’t let Daisy ruin it.
Daisy felt wronged. She hadn’t said anything. She looked to Isabelle for support, but even Isabelle nodded in agreement.
Fine.
Guess I don’t need to think about thanking him.

Isabelle had only recently learned that Anthony struggled with insomnia. He often stayed up all night with the lights on, awake until dawn, even if he was just staring into space.
His sleep was shallow. Sometimes, a small firework outside could startle him awake.
But at Isadiana Studio, in that little coffee lounge, with some incense burning, he could sleep the whole day.
“Could it be the incense?” Daisy wondered.
She had a friend who could make incense. Maybe they could help.
“Doubt it. We gave him some to take home a while ago. Still couldn’t sleep,” Diana said.
