Chapter 100

Dylan

“What did I do to you?” I scoffed, leaning closer with a cold smirk. “No, sweetheart. It’s what you did to yourself.”

Her head snapped toward me, eyes blazing. “Let me out of here this instant! Where’s my father? H want him here right now!” she shouted, her tone laced with authority, as if she had the power to

command me.

“Your father?” I echoed, letting out a low, humorless laugh. “You mean the same man who sold you off? Bella, do you even know what year it is?”

Her eyes widened, confusion flickering across her face as my words sank in. I took a slow step closer, my voice darkening. “Listen carefully, Bella Cook. You’ve lost your memory, but trust me, it won’t stay that way for long.”

She glared at me, her fear masked by defiance. “You think I’m stupid? You think I don’t see what you’re doing? What did you do to me? Why can’t I move my legs? Did you kidnap me and feed me all these lies?” she spat, her voice trembling.

I just stared at her for a moment, almost pitying how fragile she looked, how broken. Then I chuckled softly. “Delusional, aren’t you? I didn’t kidnap you, Bella. You were sold-by your own father, like you were nothing but property.”

I let my voice drop lower, my smile twisting into something cruel. “And as for your dear father… he can’t even move a limb anymore. Oh, and the brother you hated so much? He’s the new Alpha of

Waterford Pack.”

I watched the color drain from her face, the light in her eyes fading as she shook her head violently. “No… that’s not true. You’re lying to me!” she screamed, her voice breaking. “You’re a liar!”

She tried to lunge at me, but her weakened body betrayed her. I stepped back, laughing-a hollow,

cruel sound that echoed through the room.

“Seems the goddess of beauty isn’t so beautiful anymore,” I said coldly. “Funny how fate turns things around, but not in your favor this time.”

I watched her face twist in disbelief and horror, her mind refusing to accept a single word I’d said. For a brief moment, I wondered if I should show her the proof or just keep playing with her mind.

“You’re lying!” she snapped, voice sharp and trembling. “I’ll call Osborne right now and tell him what you just said! And what you’ve done to me. He won’t let you get away with this!”

I blinked, stunned at first-and then I laughed, genuinely laughed. The sound tore from my chest before I could stop it.

“Why are you laughing?” she demanded, confusion and anger mixing in her voice.

Clary

Wiping a tear from the corner of my eye, I tilted my head and gave her a mocking grin. “Oh, Bella… you’re quite the comedian, aren’t you? Let me tell you a fun little truth, your precious Osborne is the

reason you’re crippled today.”

Her expression faltered, panic flooding her features. Seeing that fear rise in her made something

inside me twist, a mix of satisfaction and rage. I reached out and cupped her face, forcing her to

meet my eyes.

“You’re lying,” she whispered, tears spilling down her cheeks. “Osborne would never do that to me.’

I leaned closer, my voice dropping to a cruel whisper. “But he did, my love. He did. In fact, he’s married now-with a child. While you? You’re here, crippled, helpless, and completely in my hands.”

Her body trembled violently, her wide eyes fixed on me as if searching for a trace of deceit. I smirked faintly, watching the realization break through her defenses.

“Do you remember a certain Cherry?” I asked slowly.

At the mention of that name, her eyes widened slightly. I could almost see the gears turning in her

head before a knowing smile curved her lips.

“Oh… Cherry,” she said softly, mockingly. “What about that dead rat? Was she your lover? Wait-are you the Dylan she used to talk about?”

As those words left her mouth, something dark and cold settled in my chest. I couldn’t help but

smile, not because she was right, but because I realized she hadn’t lost that part of her memories,

in fact it was still so fresh, not distant, her memory loss really worked in my favor.

This… this was the real Bella. Not the broken shell I’d bought.

“Yes, I am,” I told her coldly, my tone flat. “And soon enough, you’ll be begging me to kill you.”

The faint smile that lingered on her lips vanished instantly, replaced by a flicker of uncertainty. Still,

she tried to hold her ground. “But can you?” she challenged weakly, her eyes narrowing. “You seem to forget, I’m your mate.”

I let out a short, humorless laugh and shook my head. “That doesn’t matter.” Straightening, I released her face, letting my hand fall away.

“You should rest, Bella,” I said evenly. “Take some time to process everything I’ve told you-because the next time we meet, your punishment begins.”

I turned to leave, but her voice rang out behind me, trembling with anger and disbelief. “Let me out of here, you liar! Let me out! My father will kill you when he finds out what you’ve done to me! You kidnapper!”

I paused at the door but didn’t turn back. Her words didn’t sting, they only confirmed what I already knew.

She was still a fool.

And now, my resolve was firm. I would break her completely, until she begged for death in my

arms.

Soon, food was brought into the room by the same maids I had worked alongside just hours ago. Now, their heads were bowed low, their demeanor completely changed.
